You cleaned my carpet - I have never used your services before. We have had this carpet for many years. Previous carpet cleaners were able to remove spots, but we have been told the past few years that "No carpet cleaner can remove the darkened heavy traffic path." Well, I had a stain from a spilled soft drink that I couldn't remove, but you did. I had some spots that I believe were from pancake syrup - those are gone. High traffic areas? Gone. My carpet is bright, stain free and it really looks like new carpet. Will I recommend Zerorez to others? Yep!

Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly

When Zerorez cleans my flooring, rugs and couches, they look brand new again. They feel soft and look so fresh and clean. Everything smells great again too. I love the feeling of having these big items cleaned by a professional without the use of any harsh or strong-smelling chemicals.

One negative thing did happen, though. While Carlos, the Zerorez representative, was cleaning my white bathroom tile, the machine he was using created scratches in the tile. I had the tile cleaned on Thursday, May 27, and Carlos said a supervisor and/or manager would be contacting me the next day about getting rid of the scratches. I have not heard from anyone yet about coming to my home to remedy the issue of the scratches.

The technician was very friendly and kind and did a great job (Marcel). Our living room carpet was terrible and it looks SO much better!

Product is very good took out stains that I could not get out and I am very good with carpet they was one up on me I'll give them 5stars.

This was the 2nd time I have used Zerorez. The first visit I rated a 10 but not this time. My original appointment was rescheduled due to an injured worker. And, when I rescheduled I asked for an afternoon slot. Two days before the appointment was confirmed for a morning slot which was an inconvenience to accommodate, but I did because I was told it would be another week or two before I could reschedule. When the technician arrived he searched his truck only to say, "I don't have any shoe coverings with me. I will need to go back to the shop." When I didn't respond he said, "do you want me to go back to the shop?"

I went ahead and walked him in and reviewed what we needed done and then left for my personal appointment that I had scheduled. When I returned the technician was gone and when Inspected the job I found that he didn't use any corner guards on the floor molding (chips of paint on the floor) and while the stains were gone the carpet looked dingy. The room I had cleaned is my office and where the chair pad had been it is visibly noticeable. I had this same room cleaned by Zerorez last November so it hadn't been that long (7 months at most) and the carpet was cleaned evenly and the chair pad line didn't show.

The only reason I didn't give a lower score is because I was offered a discount for my inconvenience. Not sure whether I will use the service again or not.

The person who did the cleaning was very friendly, professional, and did an excellent cleaning job. It did not take very long for him to do the job.

I was happy with the cleaning that was done to the floors, but not especially happy with the mess that was left behind. We have wood floors throughout and the hoses and wet shoes left marks on the floor that needed attention. I both mopped and waxed our floors to try and get the marks up and was only mostly successful. I am hopeful that they will wear out with time. I wasn't expecting to do a total house clean-up afterward. The tech was as nice as could be and I know he would feel terrible if he knew as I know he was trying to do his best job for us!

Tevin always does an amazing job, very detailed. his trainee, not so much. this young man will NOT be an asset to your company. he sat in the truck on the phone 90% of the time. showed no interest in watching or learning from Tevin.

I'm pleased and have already recommended you to friends. I have plans of having you in on a regular basis. John was an absolute doll. I"d not ever had a company in to shampoo my carpets before. He was patient and explained it all to me as he went. I have adopted a rescue that doesn't like people and he took care to not upset her too. When I get to have you back again, I will request John again.

Ripped holes in my couch and still waiting to see what is going to be done about it. It happened a week ago and there is no resolution.

The person that did the cleaning was very nice did a good job, just not sure the cleaning solution was strong enough to deep clean. Not a terrible job overall.

You initially couldn’t locate our area rug pad which was picked up with the area rug for cleaning. Then when you said you located it you said you were going to clean it. The next day it was dropped off at the front door with no attempt to contact anyone who was home. The pad was not clean, it was damp, and had a musty smell to it.
Today I just got an email showing a $30.00 delivery fee which I was told would not be charged.
I will not use your service again nor will I recommend your business to anyone else.
