Not every stain in the worn traffic area of the carpet came out, but most of it did. He was very friendly and courteous, explaining what he was going to do and what other services he is able to provide.
Many stains still here. Also carpet wet for ten hours. Need another experienced technician to redo.

The representative was friendly. He walked through the house and discussed the stains on the carpet so he knew how to pretreat them. At each stage he had me look at the carpet to make sure I was satisfied with the results. He was very thorough, explained every step. He was able to get all the stains out and the carpet looked like new!! It was unbelievable. I highly recommend Zerorez! I called and they got me on their schedule a week later and prices were reasonable. I will be using them again.

Pretty pricey - over $1100 for the entire house with the pet treatment where it was half that the first time around
Carpets were clean, no crunch, no smell, and dried quickly. Super friendly service.
The tech was great. The product isn’t as good as my traditional cleaner. The several pet urine stains in the living and dining area returned. Also 2 stains in the master returned. While yours dries faster than traditional- my stains don’t return with him.

So very impressed with how your company stands behind the services provided! We did not have the best results after the first service and Ian stepped up and did the right thing and scheduled us for re-service immediately!
