Professional service
This is the second time I have used your service. I felt the first time the technician did an amazing job. However I felt this time the job was done adequately but did not get the same level of clean I did the first time
the man that came out was wonderful
The quote on the area rugs was way off by more than $500. The technician took 40 minutes talking to the office before starting the job.
The work he did was good however time was wasted waiting before he started.
We’re on the south side of indianapolis so the amount charged was not with the time and work.
I like it all. The last text here about a week ago was really great and informed us about all of it as he went thru. He did a great job in cleaning the carpet. His first is Marcell. I give him a 10 too.

The man did a great job.
Justin came and did the work, nothing more, after trying to upsell. No advice offered. No movement of small pieces of furniture. A VERY different experience from the last time I had Zerorez out

Gerald arrived on time and was very patient with my dog who wanted to be loved. He did an amazing job cleaning the carpet. Hands down the best my carpets have ever been this fresh looking. There is no residue feel and the smell is fresh as well. Tidbit of news. I had just come back from visiting my daughter who had her carpets cleaned while I was there. Zero Rez has them beat by a mile.
