Our carpets fill softer and cleaner than when we moved into our newly built home almost 2 yrs. ago and the technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. We are1st time customers of Zerorez and we will never use anybody but Zerorez

Hire employees that cars to do the job right. My carpet is crunchie feeling. Like he didn’t soak up the cleaning solution properly. I’ve had my carpets cleaned by you guys several times. This is the first time I’m NOT happy with the overall appearance.
Also, make them wear new booties inside houses. The guy who cleaned my house had soaking wet booties with holes in them. The holes were so bad, I could see the soles of his tennis shoes. He was leaves debris on my floors & I had to mop where he walked thru at. I left him a $16 tip just so he can purchase a bag of booties. I usually tip $50 but not this time.

When I made the appointment I was not advised the only cleaning that could possibly eliminate urinate scent was a deep extraction but was given a regular shampooing which I had already done, I needed the scent gone. Scheduled to come back for a free topical was scheduled between 3and 6 I was called at 6:30 they had a break down and wouldn’t be out that day. They did keep the appointment the next week but the topical did not eliminate the odor and was told it would be an additional 175.00 for the treatment I should have gotten the first time. Called back on a day everyone was on a learning retreat, left a message to call me have gotten no response! Obviously the “learning retreat” needs a do over. Very disappointed in my experience with Zerorez.

Left a stain on my carpet from the wheel of the equipment. I spoke to someone, texted a picture to the number provided, and no one responded. Also, the truck left tons of black marking all over my driveway.

The guys did an excellent job cleaning our carpet, but not moving any furniture is a minus. I had taken all pictures and lamps off of my end tables and they certainly are not large, and they cleaned around all furniture. I have always had Stanley Cleener and they even move the sofa and clean under all.
I think that when the company cancels a scheduled visit they need to use 2 forms of comm. The communication needs to be closed loop where there is assurance that it was received. Leaving a voicemail that u never know if the person gets is not quality. Many companies text which which can confirm that the receiver did indeed get the message. Also, I was getting confirmation emails probably from corporate that said the appointment was happening.

Carpets are still very damp in many areas 36 hours after treatment. This was advertised as a quick drying service and I was told it would be 4-6 hours. It seems that the equipment was not working properly or the techs did not remove the excess water properly.
