Very clean, efficient, and arrived on time. Explained the process and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.
Derek was fantastic and super knowledgeable! He explained the process step by step and was very polite. We will use Zero Rez and request Derek again!
Have technician double-check his equipment, first one left streaks - maybe a clog caused this? Second tech was more experienced and did excellent job.

The technician was great and things got very clean, but the people in the office were incompetent. I was told a 4 hour window from 12-4 and that I would get a call the day before. When I had not received a call by 4:30, I called them. They had my phone number and address wrong even though I had corrected them when I made the appointment. Then they told me a window of 8-10. I almost cancelled at that point, but they changed it to 12-2. The technician arrived at 2:30. He was very nice and capable.
Also the woman in the office said she had called my (old, incorrect) number, and it just rang and rang. When I called it after speaking to her, it clearly had a message that the number was disconnected. She lied to me.
Better specials. Expensive
I am happy with the service because the tech was friendly and answered all my questions. I love that the carpets dry so quickly.

Carpet dried fast and it didn’t crunch when I walked. The stair carpet was really clean
I believe I set my expectations too high for my 10 year old carpet. I was a bit underwhelmed after the cleaning. I don't think that is the fault of Zerorez, I probably just waited too long for the service.
We were very pleased with the service of your company and more importantly your employee Dakota. He did a very thorough job and work diligently to plan our carpets and area rugs. He looked out for our best interest in moving our furniture and replacing it after the job is done. We will the using Zerorez The next time we need services.
The original appt got postponed due to all service guys sick, but got appt for the next day, I was given a 15% discount for the inconvenience. Was called the night before with window of 12-2.
At 2:30 no one showed up, I called and spoke with Jessica who told me he is behind and will be there @ 3:30. I asked for another discount as I missed appt and phone calls wait for him. She said I should be happy he is even coming as he is doing them a favor with helping out.
She gave me a discount amount that I already had. When I called back to have it fixed she argued with me. Then huffed and said let me have you talk to my manager. I then spoke to Melissa who apologized and gave me a discount. After looking at the receipt I can’t tell if $20 first time coupon was taken off (as it showed before).
The carpet and couch took 25 + hours to dry (using our fans) not fans provided like email from Zerorez said ithey would. I saw the guy spray cleaner on carpet but the carpet doesn’t smell clean.
Customer service at first was good but a lot of lack of communication.
How to fix it: I would like my invoice looked over and broken down explaining how much of a discount I got. I still feel like I paid too much.
Thomas did a fabulous job! We had never used Xerorez before. The carpet looks great. I would definitely use this service again, and highly recommend it!

The overall experience was great! The scheduling is the only part I am critical of as my appointment was cancelled two weeks in a row, but once that was sorted out it was smooth sailing. The technician was friendly, the process was fast, and there is no odd cleaning smell left behind- only clean carpet and furniture
First of all, we really liked our technician. I'm sorry I can't remember his name. He was personal and friendly without being too forward. Also, he was efficient and did a great job. Second, all in all I loved the way the carpets turned out, soft and not crunchy from all the chemicals. We feel like we have a new lease on these carpets. Thank you.
extremely pricey. There were still spots that I know will come out with over the counter cleaners and some that I had hoped a professional cleaning company would have been able to remove but were notI have been too busy to call about it.

Excellent customer service. He was very accomodating and did a thorough cleaning which I really appreciated. I have used Chemdry, Stanley and neither have left the carpets as clean AND without residue. We will use again!

Very satisfied with the clean result from old carpet. Purchased this home almost 2 years ago, had it cleaned 3x's through another company and this is the 1st time it has looked this good and this clean. Jerald I believe was his name did an excellent job and explained a lot to me about the process and the carpet content.
