Andy was very professional and explained the process. When he was finished I was shocked at how great the carpet looked because there were some bad stains. Definitely would use Zerorez again and again.

The rep that came to my house was very professional and did a great job on cleaning the basement carpet. It had a lot of water stains that he got out and the carpet looks almost new!
Nothing gets my carpets cleaner. Ozeroez has been able to get out pet stains and spilled beverage stains that other carpet cleaners had left behind. I love that I don't have crunchy, stiff carpet after they clean, The carpets smelled fresh, not the pungent smell that other cleaners left behind. They arrive on time. Their charges are no more than other carpet cleaners and sometimes less. They simply can't beat
I’ve used Zerorez several times over the years and they’ve always done a good job. However, this last time, we had an area in our bedroom that did not come clean. We had never had this happen in the past. I called to request that they come back out to re-clean that area and they did, not questions asked. The area in question came clean the second time. I was so glad that I called to have them come back out.

The gentleman that came to the house is very professional did a walk-through with me. I showed him all the problem spots when he was done the carpet looked absolutely phenomenal and so did the stairs. He took care of all the pet stains. I will say I’ve had my carpets cleaned at least once or twice a year because of my three dogs. This is the only time the house and I smell like chemicals after the fact.

I had asked if oriental rugs could be cleaned in my home when I contacted your company and the reply was yes. The technician who came to my home said that was not possible because they were on hard wood floors. Surely this information could have been relayed in my initial call.
