Very effective cleaning and well-trained, well-educated techs who are nice to work with.
Professional, on time, courteous, very informative
I LOVE ZEROREZ AND WISH I HAD HEARD ABOUT THEM YEARS AGO!
The technician was great. Was very nice and did a good job.
Excellent cleaning of our older carpet! Technicians are always so helpful!
No harsh chemicals and easy to schedule.
Safe for pets and people
Thorough cleaning with no odor. We also had a large tile shower cleaned. Great result. I had tried to clean the shower with other products and never got the result that zerorez did.
LaRoy was very kind and professional. I felt he did a great job and was very helpful.
Carpets look like new again. Technicians are always friendly and courteous.
They did an excellent job cleaning my shower stall tile walls.
1 bedroom which was cleaned has a pet odor which I did not notice before your work.
Could you come & clean that area again.
Thanks
I have heard about Zerorez many times on WIBC radio. I decided to give them a try. They cleaned three rooms in my house and did a fantastic job. The technition was friendly, personable, and very professional. While their services are not cheap I feel it was a great value for the money. I will definitely use this company again.
the prompt service and quick drying methods
You always do a good job for me
Scheduling
The carpet cleaning is what I have historically used your company for, but this time I also had the
kitchen floor cleaned. It looks fantastic - no more nasty dirty looking grout!
Carpets cleaned thoroughly, no chemical smell or residue, friendly techs who talk with you about what you want done
Good product. Always efficient and courteous associates. No mess afterwards. Great cleaning results.
Honest hard work and perfectly done. I always go with Zerorez!
On time, great job, courteous technician (Tevin).
What more do you need ?
ZEROREZ !
The carpets turned out great.
Technicians are always polite and the carpets look great
We had water leak through the stair landing into our basement closet which we just found getting Christmas lights out. Also, we still have some stains in the master bedroom that reappeared the next day.
The guarantee was honored. The first cleaning was not up to the standard set by the last cleaning. The company graciously sent and other man and the service was rendered again. This young man was thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely ask for him the next cleaning. Job well done!
I think Zerorez does a good job cleaning my carpets. The staff take their time and care about making sure they do their job well.
No chemicals..fast dry time..no crunch!
Zerorez did an outstanding job, as always this is the third time I have used them and I highly recommend them. The tech was extremely polite and took care with my home.
GREAT JOB !
ZeroRez performs very high quality cleaning and will stand behind it’s commitment to clean carpet without leaving soap residue etc. The well trained techs evaluate the type of fabric fibers in the carpet (and/or upholstery) to use the appropriate chemicals and water temperature to safely maximize cleaning. ZeroRez has equipment which is capable of getting right into carpet edges, heavy duty clean carpet and extract all cleaning solution, water and liquids at a very powerful and highly professional level. After using 4 or 5 other carpet cleaning companies the past several decades, I have now used Zerorez 3 times and am a very satisfied committed customer!
Friendly tech, knowledgeable, did a great job at stain removable. Might want to keep in mind that evening appointments 5-6:00 are not advantageous in the winter. You need to use fans and heaters and it still is not dry till mid day the next day. Better to have cleaned in summer or spring when you can open the windows. Still they did a great job!!
