I selected a 7 rating because I was told a few tiny spots could not be removed and I d o not feel traffic areas were as clean as they could have been. These areas were not worn. Your rep was very respectful, pointed out spots that he could not remove. However he seemed to be more concerned about following your selling protocol. I feel he was new and making a very great effort to represent your company in a positive way. He was great but I was not completely satisfied with you cleaning process. Therefore, I feel I would not use your service again.

The technician was wonderful. He did a fantastic job and was very personable. We were very pleased with how had he worked even on areas with old stains others had not been able to remove. We would recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for quality cleaning.

I spent 460$ on services and I don’t feel like much has changed. I’ve had my carpets cleaned 2 previous times by Zerorez. I was completely satisfied. Carpet looked and smell different. It was amazing. This time it doesn’t look much different, and there are still stains.

Brianna was EXCELLENT! She truly extended herself to be helpful and thorough.

For the price (most I've ever paid for carpet cleaning) I was expecting it to look better than it did.. The guys were nice, professional, and done in about an hour. Nothing exceptional about the cleaning . I feel that I could have probably done as well myself (no protectant tnough). So, next time I'll just save the money and do it myself or go with a less expensive service.

Great technician. I believe his name was Derek. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Didn't have the overwhelming smell of cleaners like other companies and the carpet felt like it should after and not sticky and crunchy. Thank you!

The person that was here, she was wonderful

First, there were stains left on my carpet on the living room after the cleaning. When I went to go clean them myself, they were food stains (some even pieces of food) that easily lifted off with hot water extraction. If there was little pieces of food left visible on top of my carpet, what was left that I don't see??

Also, I had to move all furniture by myself. the big items (bed, couch, etc) were not cleaned under. I have since learned this is not normal. For the money I paid, I want to do less work on my own.

Technician (John) very polite, answered all questions, was expedient but not rushed. I will ask for him again!!

The 2 guys that cleaned our carpet were very nice and professional.

I thought my carpets were beyond help, but our technician did a fabulous job and the carpets look fabulous!! He also cleaned our tile and grout which look amazing! I will never use anyone else.

We liked the fact you do not use chemicals. Your "green" process worked very well on our carpet. We also appreciated the technician who cleaned our carpet. He was very polite and very informative. He worked hard on our problem areas and our entire carpet looked great when he finished.

Very good deep cleaning!

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets on multiple occasions for the past few years. This time we were told we had “large rooms” and were up charged for it. Im pretty sure I paid more this time around just having 3 rooms and stairs done than I did when I had my entire house and sectional done back in March. The tech was very nice but arrived on the later end of the time frame and was here later into the night, good thing we don’t have small children who needed to go to bed; we actually did get a text from our neighbors saying that the truck was loud and keeping their small children from falling asleep and it was past 9pm. Doubtful that we will use again after this.

From start to finish our experience was great. Tevin, the technician, was very professional and thorough. He was polite and stayed masked the entire time he was in our house. Our carpets look great and are softer than before!! We will definitely use Zero Rez again!

My appointment was between 12-2....I called at 2:00 to find out if someone was still coming. I was told that they would check with the tech and call me right back. Never received a call from the office, the tech called me at 3:00 and said he would still be another 45 minutes out, would that be okay. I felt like I didn't really have a choice at that point as all my furniture was moved in order for them to clean. When he finally got there and got started it was after 4:00.....then told me it was another 4-6 hours for the carpet to be dry.......so my living room, bedroom, and office were not able to be put back together until the following day.

I thought maybe I would get something taken off my bill but nope....full charge. Very disappointing!
