I love how it makes my carpet so soft and clean feeling. No residues type feeling after being cleaned.
Very professional young man who did an outstanding job. He made sure that he went through the Zerorez process, confirmed what was to be cleaned and was even flexible enough to add cleaning my couch to the list. He worked through lunch and was extremely diligent.
I have used Zerorez for 3 years and I won't use any other company because (1) always guaranteed to have outstanding cleaning (2) they provide a wide variety of services (3) they stand by their work (4) people who come to the house are ALWAYS very professional and friendly. Carpet tech. Very knowledgeable & well train. They call you 30 minutes before arrival. Customer service at office is ok they give one price and tech come to house price change because person who gave you a quote did a mistake.
