We had Irving out to clean our carpets and he was great! Took the time to make sure he was getting around all the furniture and our carpets looked amazing!

the couch i had cleaned had loose pillows on the seat and i asked if he had cleaned both the top and underside. guess that isn't the usual and he asked me if i wanted the other side cleaned and i said of course. it seems that should be a common cleaning. my bill was much more than i was quoted when i made the appointment. i would like a copy/receipt of each job performed since i didn't get one yet.
on the positive side, the carpets were cleaned, traffic area only and they look great.

Andy was amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. We are very happy with the job he did, particularly getting pet stains out of our carpets!

The people. Honestly, I can’t speak to whether your product is better than any other company. I’m going to trust that it is. But what I can speak to are the quality of people you have working for your company. I always enjoy the kindness, meticulousness, and knowledge of the technicians in the field. And not just about carpet cleaning. I’ve had some great conversations with folks including the one I had the other day with my technician about the state of the world. We spent more time discussing that than we did talking about carpet. I will continue to just your service.

Zerorez Indianapolis arrived in a timely manner and their products contain less chemicals than other places who offer a similar cleaning. I have pets and was happy to hear that it would be completely safe for them afterwords.The carpets dried very quickly and they walked me though the cleaning process to know exactly what was happening. It was also really satisfying and gross to see how much dirt and gunk came out of the carpets in their see-through window that they have! Overall it was a really good experience and I would highly recommend others who need carpets cleaned to get it from Zerorez.

It's the first carpet cleaning company that actually removed cat urine odor. I am amazed. Excellent job. Very thorough. Worth every penny.

Good job of cleaning the carpet . Seems expensive

I have a couple of pictures but some spots on our floors were left uncleaned and I used a dry wash cloth to remove dog hair and other debris from our carpet. I was told there were some stains he was unable to get out but I took a video of me removing them shortly after he left with a rag. One of our door frames was damaged where he didn't use a corner guard and one of our walls was damaged by a bed frame that he did not use the wash cloth that was wrapped around it to keep it off the wall. Things we can fix but I didn't noticed before he left.
It took me six years to talk my husband into allowing someone to clean our carpets and picked this company because I have heard good things. I removed everything that I could from the rooms including drawers from dressers and vacuumed before his arrival and it was a disappointing experience. I had them cleaned prior to family coming in for my daughter's birthday this weekend and I am not going to remove everything from the rooms again to have it redone. Not sure what else there is to do. The guy that cleaned the floors was friendly and worked fast but clearly he was fast because he did not do the entire rooms or take time to make sure the corners the hose was rubbing were protected.
