Very affordable and friendly staff.
We paid over $500 and there are still stains on our carpet, ottoman, & chair. When I called to express my concern, the staff member told me they would text me a number where I could text pictures of the remaining stains. No one texted me. I called back the next day and the staff member gave me the number to text. I texted the appropriate number pictures of the stains and no one has followed up with me.
Thomas was amazing! We have used Zerorez for the last few years. We have pets & kids, so stains are commonplace. Previous carpet cleaning companies promised stains would not reappear, but they always did. Those same stains do not reappear with Zerorez. Won't use anyone else!
Technician: Tevin K done an excellent cleaning job . My carpet looks like new. It is 10 years old. I was very pleased with the service.

Very professional staff and company. As a real estate broker I would recommend Zerorez for all your floor cleaning needs. They did an outstanding job on our ceramic tile - grout lines look like new. Carpet looks great and the upholstery they cleamed looks close to new!

No strong odor or residue
The specialist Brianna was extremely knowledgeable about the products and 4 step system, she was very friendly and concerned about my needs and helping me to reach my goals. I closed on my house on Monday 9am and they owned 2 dogs, which I am allergic to dogs. I had a migraine and could barely stand being inside the house. There was no urine smell just a dog smell. Brianna was there around noon and did an amazing job explaining the steps and the green products to me. The carpet is only about 3 years old and when she was finished the entire house smelled better even though the only carpet was in the 3 bedrooms. The carpet looked BRAND new. The agitation system brought it back to life even in the wear pattern places! I would highly recommend Zero Rez and if Brianna is available she was fantastic! I’m so thankful I used this service!

Matt is an awesome technician. He is friendly, committed to his work and service, as well as, prompt. It seems it was challenging to get some stains out of our carpet but he did attempt. He also graciously cleaned an area rug.
