What our clients think of us!

friendly, professional technician. He explained what he was going to do and showed me the results when he was finished. Almost all of the stains had been removed.

Zerorez was able to clean areas of my carpet that I thought were a lost cause. I’m so happy that everything ended up looking so good and I can’t wait to book the for the rest of the house.

Prompt and complete. Did a great job.

The individual who cleaned our carpets did a very good job. While i like your product from a technical standpoint, it is useless if not applied correctly. Or one has a agent who does not care about what they are doing. This guy was kind and through in what he did. I would recommend both him and your company to others.

Our experience with Zerorez was wonderful! Our technician was extremely nice and explained the process step by step. He was very thorough cleaning our rooms. Everything looked wonderful and smell fresh and clean.

Amazing Job!
Ryan got green candle wax (and the green dye from dried candle) out of my off white recliner!!!

Looks like the day it was delivered now!!

Thorough clean by very kind, helpful and professional staff!

The carpets are clean when they’re done. Except a coffee stain did not come out.

I like fast drying carpet. Easy to schedule

Communication is excellent from start to finish. Service personnel arrive on time and are very friendly and efficient. Carpets and furniture look brand new after treatment.

My carpet is very clean and bright looking

Very professional and did an excellent job!

After cleaning my carpet looked beautiful! And it was not crunchy as it has been after other cleaning methods.

Cody was prompt, polite, and very professional. The work he did was excellent. Would definitely use Zerorez again.

Great service rep

Best cleaning job

they did what they said they were going to do and did it at a fair price. cody was awesome.

We paid for shower grout and floor tile grout cleaning and the end result was the same as it was before the cleaning.

Still have not gotten my rugs back so I am reserving comments until the job is finished.

Efficient and very effective cleaning of our carpets. Would definitely recommend.

Love the orange smell, no chemicals, and the trustworthy staff!

Your punctuality and the thoroughness with which your employes' do things and explain things!

I like the fact that my carpet looks very clean, and does not have a soapy residue. My carpet stays cleaner for a much longer period than when I used other types of cleaning services. Thank you for great service and the great spot clean product.

Fantastic service. Very professional and friendly service. Carpets look amazing!

The carpet cleaning was done on a carpet that had never been professionally cleaned in 15+ years. I really did not expect some stains to be removed but ALL stains did come out which was unbelievable to me. The entire process took less than 1 1/2 hours for a three-room area.
This was an excellent job and professionally handled from the onset to the conclusion.

Thomas was very thorough, and sent us before & after pictures! He did a incredible job! Very timely, respectful & professional. All around we are highly satisfied with the care for our facility.

The service was very easy to schedule and timely. Cody called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, and was very friendly and efficient!

I had a tile and grout cleaning done. There was nothing special or extra used to clean the grout, and thus, most of the grout did not get cleaned, so this was disappointing. Person cleaning was friendly, efficient and professional though. I have used ZEROREZ for carpets, so i would likely use them again for this, but not the tile/grout

Perfect job done effectively, swiftly, and with attention to detail

I always recommend Zerorez to my clients when they need carpet cleaning. I do not want them to have carpet issues with the residue from soap and carpets becoming dirty faster.
