The technicians were professional and competent They alerted me within about 15 min of their arrival which I appreciated The main carpet areas were clean as expected but there were 2 area where they were unable to remove some stains. They even returned to try again but were able to reduce some stains but others were still there. That was disappointing It did diminish the entire effort.
Our technician, Tevin was fabulous. He is very knowledgable and skilled. Our carpets look great!
It takes all the dirt, soap, animal hairs and what else in the carpet. My home smells so clean, and spots that once stood out are gone. Isaac Hocker,, the man who cleaned my caret was very kind and thoughtful wearing a mask the entire time. I've used Zerorez before and wouldn't consider using another carpet cleaning company. Please don't get me wrong. The person who did my condo didn't do anything wrong.
However, I hired you guys because I trusted that your company has the professional equipment and materials that could clean the super dirty edges between the carpets and the walls instead of just lightening up the carpets. Many dark areas on the carpets were not able to be removed or whitened. That's not exactly what I expected. Most likely, I will not return to your service.
My carpets get really clean and look like new after a cleaning. They dry very quickly.

Staff is smart, friendly and efficient. Always on time and keeping me updated. The process itself is wonderful. Leaves a lot less water in the carpet, so it dries faster. I own several rentals here and I have used them quite a bit. Highly recommend!

Thomas did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and tile flooring. The grout looks so much better.
The tech did a nice job on the part of the carpet he cleaned. While I had removed lamps and small furnishings from the room, I was told he could not touch anything to move it, so the remaining furniture was not moved for cleaning. Since I am 73 yrs old I am unable to move the chairs out of the room so this presented a problem for a thorough cleaning. I could not use zero rez again for that reason and will resume with Stanley Steamer since they clean under furniture and put the legs on blocks of wood for the carpet to dry.

This time, however, it took more than a day to dry the rooms so we had to walk on the bedroom carpet before it dried
