The technician told me what he was going to do. He did it. He told me when he finished what was done and showed pictures of before and after. He was very polite and efficient. He helped me turn on ceiling fans to facilitate drying time.
Thomas was great! He worked hard to remove some stubborn carpet stains and it looked great after! I appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. I could not be there in person, and so he sent me before/after photos and videos, which was greatly appreciated.

Super clean. Brandon Woodcock works the carpet hard, the way I would. Other techs there have not worked at it near as hard. One pass wet, one pass extraction. Brandon probably hits each fiber 6-8 times or more. It dries faster when he does it as well. I’ve had to call alone back once because the carpet was soaked. A different Brandon.

The carpet cleaning process was fast, efficient and effective. The drying process only took six hours. The protective coating is a good idea but expensive.

Scot was right on time at the time promised. He was polite, thorough and explained exactly how the process worked. Additionally, he showed us the change in the look of the carpet midway through the job. This showed us a beautiful before and after. We had the living room and two small bedrooms cleaned. Zerorez is our go-to carpet cleaner!

The technician that cleaned the carpet was nice but really only wanted to upsell us. It seemed the only thing used to clean was water nothing special about the water at all. You need some sort of cleaner to clean the carpets and the couch and that was not used. Our personal carpet cleaner we have does a better job and makes it smell better. Honestly we felt it was a waste of money once they dried nothing was different. It was extremely over priced and not worth it. We will be cleaning our own carpets moving forward.
