I’ve used zero Rex many times in the past but my carpets are more dirty now than before they came. They’re crunchy disgusting and it’s like they left soap on them. I’ve never been more disappointed in the company and I have a feeling it’s because it’s coming out of a different location than I used because we moved since the last time I used them.
The cost of the “protection” was as much as the cleaning. You should give clients information about options and cost before the tech arrives.
It’s not right to catch people off guard. Horrible tactic. Do you guarantee the protection? Im not sure what it protects.

I was not at the home when service took place and having difficulty with paying via the online option given that I was at work in the hospital with poor signal. I was able to finally pay after speaking by phone to the manager. However the technician was both rude and condescending to both my mother (in the home) and I while this process was taking place. He raised his voice at both of us several times, stating that he would not leave if we did not pay. In addition, the rug that was cleaned was not properly cleaned at all. It appeared the same before and after the cleaning.
The manager was courteous and professional but the technician was not.
