My carpets look decent. But I paid to have an armchair cleaned as well and it still looks quite dirty. I just got out my spot vac and cleaned one area of it and it looks brand new in that one spot that I cleaned. So now I am wondering if my carpets are even very clean or not! I spent $400 using zero Rez and I usually use another company for the same amount of rooms and pay half of that. Just disappointed.

I loved the way my carpets looked after cleaning. My technician was amazing and very thorough.
We have used Zerorez multiple times to clean our white couch. This past time we had it cleaned as usual and when wet, it looked very discolored though we were hoping it would look better once dry. Once the couch was dry, it was still incredibly discolored (yellow and streaky) and you could see where each pass was made. Our ottoman, seat cushions, as well as our back cushions were all discolored.
We called Zerorez to do a reclean on it. The guy that came out was incredible and explained that it was technician error causing the discoloration. He said that he would try and clean up what he could however the back cushions especially needed a specialty clean to fix the issue. He did an amazing job doing what he could though it's not completely gone.
He stated that we would be getting a call from Zerorez to rectify this by issuing a new date for the different type of cleaning that we needed done. This has been over a week and we still have a stained couch and no call from Zerorez fixing this issue.
I like that my carpets feel clean and look good.
Ceramic tech was new to that service. Asked him about sealing after cleaning, which is another standard service, he had to ask boss about. I passed on that service.

There is a lingering urine smell in the upstairs master bedroom from our eldest pet which has actions have been changed. The last cleaning process did not eliminate the order. This process significantly helped but there is still a lingering odor. We have utilized your services for a few years and every previous process has been successful in eliminating the odor. Otherwise, the staff our professional and pleasant and we are treated like family.
Cole was super easy to work with. He spent his time listening to what we needed, then went about cleaning.

The young man that cleaned and prepared the carpet was very good and very nice. I’ve never had a carpet company do so many prior steps to cleaning the carpet. We did get the sprayed on carpet protection on our carpet. It looks great. Again the man that cleaned the carpet was super nice and very efficient. He got right to work.
We paid extra for the enzyme treatment to remove a pet urine stain and it has not gone away. Kind of disappointing.

My technician was great and did a quick and efficient job. He was very courteous and walked me through the whole process.
Drop price a bit when we moved everything and the job only took about 35 minutes for 1100 square feet, according to invoice. We were told up to 2 hours and when texted the office said technician would be done at 10:45. Done at least an hour before then, so really feel like the price was very high. Curtis was awesome though! Very helpful and professional.
It almost always looks so good. However after this last time did traffic areas do not look as good and there a blood spot I thought would come up but didn’t. I was not home, my husband, if I had been home I would have asked that those spots be done again.
