More information on what rugs can be cleaned on site - I was hoping to have more done but my area rugs would have to be cleaned off site and much more expensive
The carpet doesn’t look clean, I have stripes on my couch, where it was cleaned and not cleaned and my rug looks the same. The tech also left puddles of water all over my floor where his hoses were leaking. I had to mop my floors after he left.

You charged me $45.00 for a 3 by 3 space at top of stairs but didn't clean the whole hallway. The cleaning guy didn't even say we charge full price of hallway so you might as well clean the hallway.
So probably be looking elsewhere for carpet cleaning.
The scheduling process was simple and well-organized, and the technician was polite and professional. He did an excellent job on a stained spot, which looks much better now. The high-traffic areas didn’t seem to get the same focused attention and unfortunately look unchanged. While the outcome may have been the same regardless, we won't know.

The technician was wonderful. My carpets were quite dirty and quite a few stains. It is too soon to tell if most will stay gone for any length of time.

service is excellent and the job is always well done. If there is ever a need for them to come back for a touch up once the carpet dries in, there is no issue. We love that.

The person did clean after himself and I had to around and clean the floors that he left out today
Besides he could not put back one of the ceiling air ducts vent told us to hires handy man to put the air ducts vent together he taped it to the ceiling and some of places of the floor was not clean I had to over and clean the dust and dry wall
The tech visit was good and efficient.
However, my window was 2-5, received a call from the tech at 3:15 saying he was on the way. Minutes later, “dispatch” called to say he wouldn’t be there until 5:-5/5:30. When I explained that my window ended at 5 and that I had plans away from the house, the dispatcher said, “Your window is 3-6.” I then called the main number and spoke to someone who verified that the window was until 5 and she worked to try and resolve the issue.

Only complaint is pricing for my 1 small room and 2 small hallways. I get scotch guard because of the heavy traffic in the hall areas. Almost $200- I can’t do it as often as I should with that pricing. It does look great afterwards !
Tech was fantastic! Pricing wasn’t his fault but I couldn’t give him as big of a tip as I’d like.

Zerorez's service is excellent, everything looks great after the cleaning. Tevin did a great job and explained everything to me prior to cleaning.
