The Zerorez products and services is the best at cleaning my rugs and hard surfaces such as tile that I have ever used. The rug cleaning once completed does not attract dirt as some other rug cleaning companies that I have used in the past do.
Every time we have used their service we have been pleased. Their worker are polite and professional and work hard to get it right.

The tech returned on Monday 7/11 and re-cleaned the carpet. I couldn't really tell if the stripes were gone due to the wetness and tracks from the machine. It dried and the stripes are still there and the carpet feels sticky in places.
Is it possible for someone else to come look at it and possibly just rinse the carpet to see if that removes the stickiness and stripes?

The technician did a good job of explaining the differences. But within my budget I just in my budget I just stayed with the basic cleaning cleaning and he was able to get all of the spots out of the carpet except a foreign pink stubstance that none of us knew what was. He said I could also have them come back to do specific spot treatment added on to my service

dirty spots appeared and re-appreared the following day. one location took more than a week to dry. cleaning was average or a little above. equipment was EXTREMENLY NOISY. all in all it was not a good adventure.
