My carpet looks clean and the technician was very through. I am disappointed the the carpet does not smell fresh. There are areas where my pets have had accidents (not stained) and it still smells like urine. So I am disappointed that paying to have my carpets cleaned didn't really result in a clean and clean smelling carpet.
The carpet emerged from the cleaning with the spots enlarged! it really did not help at all.
The technician was friendly and knowledgable. Despite its age, the tile looked a lot better than before the cleaning.

Leroy was prompt and curteous. The carpets look better than the last company who cleaned them. Leroy was able to remove many spots and greatly lighted others.
Address spots on first visit so a return is not needed. This should be included in initial cost.
Lower prices for outdoor rug cleaning — I could buy a new one for the price you are charging

Technician Dereck arrived on time. He was professional and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. The application/cleaning process was very thorough and covered all the specified areas. The carpet dried in about 4-6 hours which is much faster than our prior experience with chemical cleaners. Following application, our carpets were clean and all spots had been removed. The price was reasonable for the value delivered.

We moved into our home a year and a half ago (brand new carpet), and during this time our old boxer has laid on the carpet (our pets do not soil the carpet just lay on it where the sun shines) because he enjoys sun bathing. With that the dogs hair and dander has left behind a dog smell. We decided to go with your company because of the no chemicals that go on the carpet, and the amazing reviews that went along with. We spent extra funds to go with the pet cleaning in order to get the smell out. It’s been a week since the cleaning, and I keep telling my husband that I think it smells worst now than it did before! The smell of dog is very apparent to me, and I wish I would have gone with another company. I am at the point where I am considering hiring Stanley steamer to come out and clean the carpets (a week after you did) to get the dog smell out. The technician who came out was absolutely amazing, and showed me the pet hair that our dyson could not get out, and I loved that! I just feel for the cost spent on your service I should absolutely not be considering hiring another carpet cleaner a week later. Did the technician use the correct cleaner when cleaning our carpet? Very disappointing situation.
This was a rental home I manage. Tech did a great job even when I wasn't there.
