Everything went fine.
I got my stair runner cleaned and it was ABSOLUTELY SOAKED afterwards and stayed incredibly wet for well over 24 hours. It finally started to dry, but I’m slightly concerned about mold growing in the pad underneath and wood being warped or ruined. Maybe this is normal, but I thought he said it would be dry in 6 hours.
Attention to detail, friendly service. Called ahead to let me know when the technician would arrive.
I had some pet diarrhea steps cleaned in April. It came to the surface again after a number of weeks. Andy came out in retreated free of charge and worked a long time very hard and long. So far it looks great. Thank you for retreating for free. I am very satisfied!

It was quick and carpets look fantastic. Took a while longer to dry than tech said, but all good.
I was not able to be here for the cleaning, but the guy that measured it said it would be for all carpeting. the cleaners acted like they had no idea what they were supposed to clean so I'm told. (even though there is very little carpet) and the carpet doesn't even look like it has been cleaned to me.
Had to have them come back as an area didn’t come clean. Also one room treated with a pet treatment had an odor after drying that stinks. I had to spray Febreeze on it a couple times before it went away. The other room does not have the odor so I’m assuming it was the treatment. It didn’t have a ‘pet’ odor -it was more of a mildew smell. I’ve never had that before with other companies like Stanley Steamer.

Service tech was nice. Carpets look okay but not worth the money spent. I paid for the 3 rooms and a hallway deal and only had 2 rooms cleaned. The one room that REALLY needed cleaned, I was told I would be better off replacing the carpet. Frustrated that I wasn’t given the option to cancel at that point without being charged a fee. Providing consultations without making customers book a cleaning appointment would be helpful.
The cleaning specialist did provide helpful information about the things that he could and couldn't get out of the carpet. However there were multiple stains left in the carpet that we were able to remove on our own via a common spot cleaner and the specialist had a relatively lackadaisical attitude about everything.

Technician was very professional. Carpet was clean and the carpet was soft - has always felt rough when I've had it cleaned by other companies. This was by far the best cleaning my carpet has had.
