The young man was very thorough and pleasant.

We had the same room cleaned twice and in the end there is still an odor. Shower tile was also cleaned with little difference.
As much as I love the green technology concept, it just may not work the same to remove odors.
Disappointed for the price paid and results received.

He worked hard for about an hour then poorly finished the job. Then I gave his the check as payment. He ask me to write another check for a tip. Not very professional asking me to write another check for the tip.

They took their time and did a deep clean of my couch. The carpets were cleaned with the same care as well.

Another great visit, Tevin is wonderful as always, got out a mess of kid stains from their rooms and showed me pictures of his cute dog lol. Thanks again!

Your workmen are friendly, courteous and well-trained, though in cleaning our four (4) tile baths therewere several small areas that were missed. This required a call-back to clean these areas. A call-back has been rescheduled.

They always do a good job! Carpets look great and are dry within a few hours.

I have used Zerorez several times in the past and have been pleased, recommending your services to friends. This time, however, there were several disappointments.

Marcus H was very pleasant and efficient. My cleaning lady made a special point of coming to help move both knickknacks and large furniture. He apparently did not have the plastic pieces to put under chair legs so they could not move large furniture. He also did not have spot remover. I asked him to tilt back or move the living room sofa because the cat sleeps under it and I wanted it to be especially vacumned and cleaned underneath. Apparently that was not done.

The bedroom had a large animal spot (feces) and after it was cleaned and partially dry, my cleaning lady blotted it to find "poopy" water -- obviously it was still not clean -- although Marcus did try. Perhaps it needed another try -- maybe all the spotting could not be removed but it definitely needed another try

I am also concerned about the charges on my bill -- I paid $75 for deodorant and protectant; however there was an additional $35 charge. The $169 special suddenly became $300+ Perhaps there is an explanation you can give me.

Both my cleaning lady and I were disappointed. Would I use Zerorez again or recommmend to friends and neighbors????? I I sure don't know. I've always been pleased before but this was very disappointing.

No spot remover for bad small spots
At least one area that could be defined as unclean

I have more stains now than before the cleaning.
They have been here twice and it is worse each time.

My carpets were throughly cleaned. The technician was friendly and discussed the entire process. I am very satisfied

The tech was on time and did a good job. I like how there doesn’t seem to be a sticky film on the carpet like I experienced with a different company several years ago. The only thing I was disappointed with was how long it takes to dry. He said 6-8 hours (I think), but it was still damp 24 hours later. The area where I had extra treatment for dog pee (with extraction) is actually still damp 30-ish hours later, and I had a fan on it since 10 pm last night. I’ve had ceiling fans running and the a/c blasting several degrees cooler than we normally run it…just surprised it has taken this long. I also was a little disappointed with how a wine stain turned out. It actually looks darker and spread out further than before. But maybe that’s just what happens with red wine stains. With all that said, I was VERY HAPPY with the tech and his professionalism and effort. He went WAY above & beyond, when my dog got out as he was pulling away in the van. He saw the dog running and he circled back around and tried to help catch the dog. He even offered his own food to help lure the dog. Just a genuinely nice guy!

The technician was very professional. He explained his product and services when he arrived. He then proceeded to do a good job on our carpets. We are very happy with the end result.
