Our sofas and rugs look beautiful. There is no odor with the product and the sofas and rugs were dry in an hour.
I was surprised how wet our carpet was in our bedroom. This has never occurred previously. We had to run two space heaters doing the night in order to dry the carpet. Don't understand why this happened this time.

A number of coffee spots and split coke spots were not removed. Is there a better treatment?

You do a great job, and your man Matt is always on time and very kind.
There are several spots left that I noticed right away. I had my grout cleaned and was told that some of it is just stained that way. I was told I could use their heavy duty spot removal for an extra $75. Way over priced & not worth it. I have gotten my carpets cleaner with a home carpet cleaner and my grout cleaner with toilet bowl cleaner & a scrubber.

the technician showed up on time, and called with plenty of time to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly and polite and explained everything he was going to do. he quoted 45 minutes to 1 hour, and was done in just under 30! Incredible service, and my couch looks wonderful. I will absolutely be using this service again. My only regret is not asking the technician his name again, he did introduce himself but I forgot it. Has a lot of tattoos though, so if you get a technician with hand tattoos, just know you're getting prompt, incredible service!
Two bathroom tile floors cleaned and sealed. Did not clean corners , looks bad . Have pictures
The technician arrived on time and did a great job. This is the third year we have used Zerorez. We are very happy with this company and will continue to use them.
Cleans really well without the harsh chemicals. Carpets can be immediately walked on and fully dry in about 8 hours. No strong odor… it actually smells good, fresh and clean. Child and pet friendly as well.
