I’ve used Zerorez before and was happy with my service. So when I needed a couch that I recently bought cleaned I didn’t hesitate to reach out. I was on the schedule several weeks ago and 20-25 minutes before the end of the window for the tech to arrive I received a call from Candy stating that the tech was an hour behind schedule. I asked when they were made aware of the change and what would cause the delay. She stated they had a cancellation and the tech had added some other things on. Due to the change on Zerorez’s end I couldn’t make that day work. We had to wait several more weeks for our schedules to line up. Overall Candy was pretty apathetic to the inconvenience and it was only after serval moments of silence that I was offered a lousy 10% discount for my troubles. This is insulting as it is Zerorez’s policy that if I’m unable to make the appointment I would incur a $50 fee. Fast forward several weeks the tech comes out cleans the sofa and the stool. The price is $30 more than what I was originally quoted even with the 10%.
As far as what the company could do to “make this right” I would appreciate a call from someone other than Candy to go over this as well as a partial refund.
