Nice technician - punctual. Fairly thorough but missed 2 stains. Stairs were left VERY wet. Had to pull out a fan the next day and blow air all day to dry them out. The rest of the carpets dried within 4 hours as he stated they would.

Ver professional and thorough… my sofa was gross from foster pet messes and they got it nice and clean!

Zerores had been to my house once before and had a record of what was done, primarily, cleaning my laminate floors. Unfortunately, when the tech arrived, his info indicated he would be cleaning vinyl floors, not laminate. He didn’t have the right equipment with him for cleaning laminate. So….not his fault but a glitch, anyway.
My carpets are always very clean
I love that it is safe for pets and kids! It doesn’t leave a residue. The technicians are always nice and explain everything as they go along. We have used them for over 10 years and they never disappoint!

The hose used rubbed against almost every corner, dented drywall and left black marks on wall that we are unable to wash off.
