Great job cleaning all of my carpets, rungs and furniture!

Carpets are soft and fluffy with no chemical smell or "crunchy" feel.

We have used Zerorez numerous times & were always pleased but not so much this time. While the tech was very polite & the carpeting was cleaned to our liking after he left and we noticed large dried water spots on our LVF all through our house where the hose he used left a trail. I have pictures but it doesn't really show the extent of the mess. I tried spot cleaning but tomorrow when I have more time I will try with my mop and hope that they clean up. We usually rave about Zerorez and recommend them when someone asks for carpet cleaners but the ball was dropped on this visit.

The spots that are clean look great, but there are so many streaks and unclean spots, it's like they rushed and just didn't get it all correctly.

Friendly and efficient

My scoring is based off my initial experience which has been phenomenal. My dog had a bladder infection causing a lot of accidents and I was able to schedule almost immediately. The technician, Andy, called 30 min before arrival. He worked so hard! My hard to impress husband was thrilled with the results. Dry time was expected to be 6-8 hours and we are 24 hours + from our cleaning with several wet spots still, but we’ve got some fans on them now and expect them to dry by tomorrow. Hopefully the smells do not return or the stains, but initially we are very impressed.

The technicians are very professional and really do a good job. My carpet looked better after this cleaning than it has in years!

The service was great. The man was nice and on time. Just not satisfied with the results. Several spots returned after the carpet dried. Thought it would pull up the spots better.
