What our clients think of us!

LaRoy was fantastic!!!

On a previous occasion, I did not have a good experience BUT it was rectified and I was promised a discount on a future cleaning. Even though it had been three years ZEROREZ made good on that commitment.

Matt & Chris did a fabulous Job and I have already recommended both Zerorez and Matt & Chris to three families for carpet cleaning. I am positive two will call you and possibly all three.

Thank You, for a wonderful carpet cleaning job, and a special THANKS to Matt & Chris.

Great product, very professional techs.Makes your carpets look new.

Very professional

My tech showed up exactly when he said, and was very thorough and friendly. And my carpets looks amazing!

got rid of all the wine and coffee and traffic area stains

Like the service. It took longer than I thought it should to dry tho.

Technicians are friendly and efficient and always do a great job. Carpets look very good every time.

They are fast and efficient and clean our carpets very well.

All of our floors and tile look much cleaner and better

The service man was prompt courteous and based on my carpet needs I thought he did an excellent, excellent job he showed me areas that he could not take care of and took care of some areas that I thought were hopeless. I have recommended your service to other people in the last week. Jerry Last name removed

The tech ask if I had any trouble spots/stains, he then listed services that Zerorex offered and made recommendations based on his observation of my home. After completing the task, he requested that I walk the areas that he cleaned and offer an opinion. He was very professional,
polite, and customer orientated. This was my first experience with Zerorex, but not my last.

The quality of the carpet and tile cleaning by the technicians was great . They were very pleasant and informative. Thanks for a job well done.

Excellent carpet cleaning and service!

Very happy with the Service provided. The technician was wonderful and very informative. Will definitely use them again.

Outstanding service, competitive prices. Great cleanup when finished.

Thank you for sending Derek to clean. The carpet looks great and I am really pleased with the outcome. With 1 dog and 2 cats and a chair bound husband the stains happen. Good job and will recommend your company again.

quick drying

Had some problem areas on my carpet and they were able to resolve them. It took a couple appointments to do that but there was no additional billing.

I already went over the situation with your customer service department

You could improve cleaning on the high traffic areas.

Some spots did not come out

System seems cleaner,, we have used others before carpets come out better and stay cleaner longer with Zerorez!

LaRoy was great and everything seemed good then the next day after it dried it smelled more like dog than before it was cleaned. I was expecting the dog smell to go away after it dried.

Efficient, responsive and great communication.

Very pleasant technician. Quick and efficient

I still have spots that need some attention

We have a white carpet that is 22 years old and is in heavily trafficked areas. We have never seen such outstanding results as Zerorez has given us. It looks like a new carpet except in one traffic area but most would never notice the difference. It really is outstanding. The technicians are caring, professional, on-time, efficient - outstanding in every way. We have used them twice now and I'd never go back to any other company. Can't recommend enough!

Clean well no residue and follow up great!

I had carpet and furniture cleaned. Everything looked much brighter! Marcus Hawkins did the cleaning. He was exceptional! He explained the process as he was working, and encouraged me to have the fiber protector applied to all. Marcus was able to remove numerous stains, much to my surprise! Everything looks and feels very clean, and dried within a reasonable time. I would be most happy to recommend Zerorez and Marcus to my friends. Name removed
