When making the reservation months ago, I believe I made a note requesting to be the first customer in the 8am-12pm shift. For one, it's kind of annoying to waste half a Saturday sitting around only for the technician to show up at 11:50am. Wew could have gone out to breakfast or lunch, but instead, we sat around waiting to be called about the arrival time of the technician. Second, we schedule our three dogs to get groomed at the same time we are getting are carpets cleaned for obvious reasons. We dropped them off at the groomer at 8am assuming the carpets will be done by the time we go back to pick them up at noon since I believe I made that note to be the first customer at 8am. Unfortunately, our technician didn't arrive at 11:50am - the same time we got called from the groomers to come pick up our three dogs. Also, our carpets were way more damp than they've ever been so we had to try to stay off of them for the rest of the day. We have 3 dogs and a 6yr old boy - this is difficult to do.
Overall, it was a very inconvenient experience and too much of a hassle.
Friendly, knowlegeable and competent staff. Carpet cleaning does not use soap product, meaning carpets do not retain residue.

After having our carpets treated and paying additional for pet soiling, I could immediately still smell an odor. The next day, I decided to get out my big green carpet cleaner (made by Bissell) and give it another go in one of the rooms treated by your technician. The water was so dark. I mean, I was astonished given the claim zerorez give about sucking out all of the previous carpet cleaners cleaners and dirt. Y’all didn’t get anything. I’m extremely disappointed and do not think I will ever recommend this service to anybody.

Tech was professional and kind, I like the idea of not putting soaps/chemicals in carpet. I have 2 little Yorkies and I feel like that would be a lot for their little bodies to process. I am impressed with how much brighter my carpet looks! Will use Zerorez again, thank you!

Our technician Tevin was great—did an excellent job with the courtesy and professionalism we so appreciate about your technicians.
But, after moving furniture and vacuuming our carpets we sat in the uncarpeted room of our house for 5 hours waiting for a technician to arrive. That got old.

Fast and not much water
Service could’ve been better had the guy not been sick. Believe he could’ve been a little more detailed.
It was very easy to schedule a time for my carpet cleaning. Our technician, Marcus, called to let us know he was 15 minutes out from arrival. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he would be doing and worked efficiently.
Tech was efficient. Service was fast.
