Professionalism of tech, how the tech explained the process, timeliness of arrival and quality of cleaning service
After drying, steps did not look clean at all.
I had 2 service people, they were both just great. Very professional and ver helpful. They did a great job. It did take 2 days for carpet to dry. The humidity was very high. But its dry now and I am pleased.
Availability, speed of service. Grout turned out great and carpet looked brand new!

Had carpets cleaned at a freshly cleaned rental property. Couple of handprints left on the walls on stairwell and the technician clogged the toilet and left it full and disgusting! Reached out to store regarding the matter, was told manager would call me back to solve the issue. Never received a call back. $500 got me clean carpets,but left with a clogged, disgusting toilet and poor customer service.

I was scheduled for 7 rooms service, they finished 5, that was well cleaned, but the floor of kitchen and one master breath room were not cleaned.
All looks great. I’d prefer the technician not knot our curtains to get out of the way as they’ll need ironed again. Besides that, we are satisfied. Thanks.

The staff member who cleaned my upholstery was very professional and did an excellent job. He was able to remove all of the grease and dirt the movers got on my sectional. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone.
The guys did great and were very helpful and friendly. The one teaching did a great job teaching his trainee and carpets looked good. It’s just been a while since I’ve had my house carpets cleaned I guess or I’m never there After because it’s usually upon a move out so I’m just a little picky on how I judge things.
