I haven't gotten my carpets back, so I really can't judge the quality of the cleaning service.
Older people can't move heavy furniture, and the carpet needs to be cleaned under it. A competitor of yours is less expensive and moves the furniture , I found out too late.
Appeared to clean well, pet safe
The carpet cleaner gentleman was very nice. However, the carpeted stairs were left sopping wet. So much water that the wood trim got soaked with water and is still discolored from not drying out yet. Also, the stairs were slippery with whatever product he used. I thought Zerorez was supposed to be Zero Residue?

The carpets in our 40 year old condo show their wear and it appears that they haven't received much care over the years. I had low expectations when we decided to have them cleaned, but Zerorez has really brightened them up! Sure, they're still 40 years old, but they look SO MUCH BETTER and many of the stains that I thought were permanent are now gone. I am very impressed! Tevin was thorough, efficient, and explained everything he was doing---he did a great job!
