Very pleased with results
Very professional. My carpets look practically new again. Took out stains and the carpets look fabulous. I highly recommend Zerorez.
Reliable
Very expensive and the rug no longer lays flat. The turn around time was also poor
No harsh chemicals
dirty spots appeared and re-appreared the following day. one location took more than a week to dry. cleaning was average or a little above. equipment was EXTREMENLY NOISY. all in all it was not a good adventure.

the carpet was very wet my friend brought his Bissell carpet cleaner over and pull up over a cup of water out of the carpet. the carpet was very damp ten hours after the cleaner left and was not dry until the next morning.

My carpet was still dirty with pet hair that was basically just pushed to the edges of the carpet. And, not sure the extra I paid for the deodorizer treatment was even used as the smell still seems the same.
Redo? Explain procedure and materials used again so we can confirm where the process didn’t work.

We moved into a new house with very matted carpet. Our ZeroRez technician, Thomas, made everything look brand new. We were very happy with the service. He was early, worked quickly and was very professional.
The technician used too much water and it left ugly dark spots on a line down the middle of my carpet. Another technician came out and tried getting it out. I still see some spots and am waiting for Zerorez to call me back to fix the problem.
