Always reliable to do a good carpet cleaning.
The staff member who cleaned my upholstery was very professional and did an excellent job. He was able to remove all of the grease and dirt the movers got on my sectional. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone.
The guys did great and were very helpful and friendly. The one teaching did a great job teaching his trainee and carpets looked good. It’s just been a while since I’ve had my house carpets cleaned I guess or I’m never there After because it’s usually upon a move out so I’m just a little picky on how I judge things.

The tech returned on Monday 7/11 and re-cleaned the carpet. I couldn't really tell if the stripes were gone due to the wetness and tracks from the machine. It dried and the stripes are still there and the carpet feels sticky in places.
Is it possible for someone else to come look at it and possibly just rinse the carpet to see if that removes the stickiness and stripes?

The technician did a good job of explaining the differences. But within my budget I just in my budget I just stayed with the basic cleaning cleaning and he was able to get all of the spots out of the carpet except a foreign pink stubstance that none of us knew what was. He said I could also have them come back to do specific spot treatment added on to my service
