The service and the technician who came out was great, but it doesn’t seem like it actually cleaned anything. Our home is only a year old so we knew it would be a drastic change, but we had a couple spots in the carpet that are still there (one with residue that we can actually “wipe” off to a point). You would think a carpet cleaning service would get out reasonable blemishes. Similarly, you would expect a clean smell…. But it is doesn’t smell any different either. Maybe it didn’t work?

Cleaning was great. But the cost to increase cleaning square footage to additional needs was not proportional. The amount charged based on the estimate was extreme. I understand I had a discount for the initial quote. But in your business, you know you are going to up charge the customer when on-site. I should have just canceled the service.
These jobs are only as good as the person doing the work. Our tech did a wonderful job.
So far, our carpet looks great. Employee was very nice and answered all questions we had.
Did a great job cleaning older carpets that had lots of dirt from dog paws.
The staff was wonderful, the carpets looked much better. We did pay extra for a spot in our bedroom, looked great while they were here, but once it dried...now it looks even worse then before. My only complaint is that it looks worse, not even that it didn't completely come up.
Everyone I worked with from beginning to end was awesome! From setting up the appointment, to the estimate and finally the cleaning, everyone was so nice! They did a great job and were so easy to work with!

I love how knowledgeable the techs are.Both te he have been amazing. I appreciate how flexible but consistent they are. The services provided are always well worth the time and money. We used their services when we purchased our first home last year and used zerorez again one year later. They help keep the value of my carpets and home to not only my standards but to market standards as well.
LeRoy was ABSOLUTELY fantastic. He was so friendly and personable. He did an amazing job. My carpets have NEVER looked this great in the 8 years we have been living in this house. He took took his time and was detailed. 10/10 would recommend LeRoy and ZeroRez to everyone.

Thomas and Ty were professional, knowledgeable and personable. They place protective barriers at the wall corners and coverings over the entryway floors. Thomas explained the carpet and tile/grout procedures we had originally requested and their cost. He also reviewed additional services without a hard-sell. We chose the additional Premium Fiber Protector. The young men worked well together and were highly motivated. They explained the time required to completely dry the carpets and all the after-care steps we should take. Our carpets dried completely, have no sticky or crunchy feel when we walk on them, and there is no "wet rug" odor. We have a family member who is highly sensitive to chemical treatments and she experienced no reaction to the Zerorez applications. Will definitely use again.
