LaRoy was great and everything seemed good then the next day after it dried it smelled more like dog than before it was cleaned. I was expecting the dog smell to go away after it dried.

We have a white carpet that is 22 years old and is in heavily trafficked areas. We have never seen such outstanding results as Zerorez has given us. It looks like a new carpet except in one traffic area but most would never notice the difference. It really is outstanding. The technicians are caring, professional, on-time, efficient - outstanding in every way. We have used them twice now and I'd never go back to any other company. Can't recommend enough!

Clean well no residue and follow up great!

I had carpet and furniture cleaned. Everything looked much brighter! Marcus Hawkins did the cleaning. He was exceptional! He explained the process as he was working, and encouraged me to have the fiber protector applied to all. Marcus was able to remove numerous stains, much to my surprise! Everything looks and feels very clean,and dried within a reasonable time. I would be most happy to recommend Zerorez and Marcus to my friends. Name removed

Job well done. Ty was great but there was one spot in the living room that has high traffic that I wish we would’ve spent a little extra time on. Because everything else turned out beautiful but this one main spot offsets it and looks bad.

Andy was quite thorough and efficient and
finished sooner than I expected.
In addition to cleaning carpet, he cleaned our 20+ year old cream colored fabric dinette chairs. I was hoping for "they do look better" but instead, I got "they look perfect!!"
