I have more stains now than before the cleaning.
They have been here twice and it is worse each time.

The tech was on time and did a good job. I like how there doesn’t seem to be a sticky film on the carpet like I experienced with a different company several years ago. The only thing I was disappointed with was how long it takes to dry. He said 6-8 hours (I think), but it was still damp 24 hours later. The area where I had extra treatment for dog pee (with extraction) is actually still damp 30-ish hours later, and I had a fan on it since 10 pm last night. I’ve had ceiling fans running and the a/c blasting several degrees cooler than we normally run it…just surprised it has taken this long. I also was a little disappointed with how a wine stain turned out. It actually looks darker and spread out further than before. But maybe that’s just what happens with red wine stains. With all that said, I was VERY HAPPY with the tech and his professionalism and effort. He went WAY above & beyond, when my dog got out as he was pulling away in the van. He saw the dog running and he circled back around and tried to help catch the dog. He even offered his own food to help lure the dog. Just a genuinely nice guy!

Scheduling was a pain - our time was moved twice. The technician showed up very early and I had to send my mom over to let him in. It was also outrageously expensive for the amount of effort and time spent.

Stains didn’t come out. Steps were sopping wet for several days. A lot of dirt, etc was vacuumed after carpet was dry. Very disappointed after you were so highly recommended.

Your service provider came on time and got right to work. He managed to get up old stains that have been difficult to remove. I have used Zerorez several times in the past and I will be calling again next year.

Best carpet cleaners I have ever had. Have used for several years and never disappointed. Carpet is never left soaking wet and stains removed well. Have Zerorez usually twice a year as I have two large dogs that are in and out all day. Very satisfied with their service.

The ease of setting appointment. The friendly scheduling staff. The technician was knowledgeable and communicated very well. I scored a 9 due to being scheduled for 8a-10a and service was not started until 2p. I called to check on arrival time and an employee had called off therefore my service time was delayed. That would not have been an issue if I received a call in the am letting me know that. Overall a good experience and I will recommend Zerorez.

Your people do a good job and are friendly. My carpet is almost dry when they leave.
