Cleaned up well and dried well.

You need to have an agitator for cleaning steps. Steps are the areas that receive most traffic. The steps need to be scrubbed or have an actual special agitator tool to loosen up and scrub some of the dirt or stains.
A small agitator tool could also be used for small stains instead of just putting the pretreat on the stain. Some stains need a little extra "elbow grease" to get a stain out.
I also think the tile/grout cleaning process should probably drain and clean the water used after the floor has been gone over once. Otherwise, some of the dirt in staying on the floor or grout.
All in all, we are pretty happy. We have used your company for our current home and prior home in Meridian Kessler. Both homes we had tile/grout cleaning and carpet cleaning. You can tell a difference but there are a few places where a little more attention is needed. ie. Steps and a few stains. But if a tool doesn't exist to scrub the area, it won't help. Thank you.
The technician did a great job, especially on our stubborn spots. He took his time to do his best.

Clean with no residue on carpets or furniture
Called the day before scheduled service and was
told we were first on the list and they would arrive
at 8 am. We set our schedules around this to be
accurate and expected the service to be
performed between the window of 8-10 am. The
gentleman that did the cleaning called the day of
service to let us know he was 35 mins out and this
was at shortly after 10 am. He said the home he
just cleaned was suppose to be done in the
afternoon but was first on the list??? Very
dissatisfied with the scheduling dept. of this
company. Have used them twice now and the
service has been great but the scheduling issues
this time will make us think twice about using them again.
Marcus was very nice and did apologize but also said he didn’t understand the mix up.
I was told late afternoon my tech would not arrive until 8p and could I reschedule. After stating that due to not being home due to work the next two days plus having company arriving two days later, it wa a imperative I have someone show up. I was told someone would try to show up. I didn’t hear back, I called and then my husband called. My husband finally learned that the tech would
still be there when he was done with his current job. Luckily, he showed up around 645/700. My frustration is that a delay should not be a reason for me to reschedule and then the lack of communication. Even if a customer is unhappy and frustrated, appeasing the customer and providing thorough communication is important and part of customer service. The tech did an excellent job with our carpets and ultimately we were taken care of in the same day, despite the poor communication and customer service.
After the third try with other technicians, Andy was excellent. He fixed the problem and was very personable and friendly and concerned.

Everything looks so clean and crash every time
They called like they said, to let me know when they'd arrive and showed up on time. He answered any questions and told me what they would be doing. The young man worked constantly and quietly. He seemed to do a very nice job!!

Although we’ve used your company before (twice) and been quite satisfied, this experience was not as complete. I had pointed out to the cleaner two specific areas in the house that were particularly soiled with stains. This carpet was newer and had never been cleaned, so these were only a few years old. Within 24 hours after the cleaning, as we were sitting in the sunroom, I realized that those stains, the most obvious in the house, were still very apparent. These were the reason I had opted for a cleaning! So, no, I’m not overwhelmed with this job. Will I use Zerorez again? Unlikely.
