Our carpet expert arrived early and did a great job refreshing our carpet. He explained well how to take care of it as it dried and was very professional.
Do a good job on spots and usually the carpet is pretty dry by end of day. Employees and staff are friendly.
Your technician was superb - he explained the process well and executed. The results were fantastic. Cleaned almost the while house in 3 hours and the carpets were fully dry overnight.
The carpet stayed wet for 48 hrs, even with towels placed on top of areas walked on to bring up the moisture and moving fans running.
The technician was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about the work and stains. I give him 10 stars

the technician was pleasant and did a nice job - it took too long to dry. and our table stained the wet carpet and now we have two rings that will not come out. i would like something to have been put under the table legs.
