Fast and not much water

Service could’ve been better had the guy not been sick. Believe he could’ve been a little more detailed.

It was very easy to schedule a time for my carpet cleaning. Our technician, Marcus, called to let us know he was 15 minutes out from arrival. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he would be doing and worked efficiently.

Tech was efficient. Service was fast.

Pricing was a bit high this time.

I was very pleased with the courteous and thorough service the tech gave on our recent cleaning.

It was a waste of money!

The only part of the floor cleaned was the middle. The corners and along the base rail were untouched and left dirty. When the technician was asked about the dirty corners he stated "the machine did not clean along the of the floor edges or corners".

Also, he left a big smudge on my freshly pained walls which had to be repainted.

I have pictures which I will forward with a more formal complaint in the near future.

I was very surprised to get the copy of my invoice. I had no idea nor was I ever informed by the tech about the cost to treat a few spots on my carpets. The cost to treat was more than the 5 rooms that I had confirmed to be cleaned. I feel that is a very deceptive and unethical way to conduct business. I will definitely not recommend Zerorez to anyone in the future. I am highly disappointed and even more disgusted that the manager refused to take my call or return my call, very unprofessional. I will make sure my neighbors and friends find someone else to clean their carpets and I will also never be a customer again.

Reasonable pieces, GREAT technician who was super knowledgeable and made sure we knew what was going on the entire time he was cleaning our carpets. Plus, everything turned out beautifully and we could not be happier with the end result. Having 2 pets and a young child will quickly dirty your carpets but ZeroRez makes them like new again. Will absolutely use again!

Appreciate the high level customer service but distraught about the results.

After multiple attempts or redos, carpet still has huge yellow spots.

Carpet looked good but the area that I wanted focused on still is stiff. Worker was nice and personable but no monies were discussed upfront. Was not sure what prices were, not even talked through on first initial phone call. Was recommended by family member, so I assumed this was normal. Was then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Ask if that was normal and was told it’s better to give cash. I don’t usually mind but this was extremely awkward. Then worker called when left and said to let his company know he was still there if they called me looking for him.

Tile/ grout cleaning and sealing is exceptional.

Remove the very black tire track from our driveway. Not he end of the world but something you might want to determine why that happened.

It required overnight for most areas to drive enough to put furniture back. Not quite the 4-6 hours.

Process is good and the techs were courteous and knowledgeable.

First off, Ty is great. I don't think the issues that I'm having have anything to do with him. We had our carpets serviced and, for the most part, they turned out great. However, on our stairs the carpet has turned a brownish color. Ty came out for a re-service and the brown spots are still here. I think it's more the product than anything else.

Again, Ty was very informative and a really nice person. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing. He's a 10/10.

Our company, MySherri, consistently uses Zerorez for our clients as one of our preferred partners. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. Shane and Candy are always helpful when we call. The techs are respectful of the homes and do a thorough job. They always point out areas where they could not remove stains, but more often than not, they successfully provide clean and stain-free carpeting.

I got a text saying the tech assigned to my route had to leave due to a family emergency. I think I was texting with Ian (?) but whoever worked with me went beyond my expectations to get me worked in the same day. I understand things happen. I was just really impressed with the way the problem was handled.

The tech was great and explained the process. I liked that he set appropriate expectations (e.g. “the discoloration in the carpet is likely to be permanent”) and verified pricing before getting started. He was great - 10/10. Friendly, professional, courteous. I also like the quality of the cleaning itself, but the customer service made the difference for me. I’ll definitely use Zerorez again.
