Andy was quite thorough and efficient and
finished sooner than I expected.
In addition to cleaning carpet, he cleaned our 20+ year old cream colored fabric dinette chairs. I was hoping for "they do look better" but instead, I got "they look perfect!!"

The scheduler with whom I spoke on the phone was very nice, polite, and professional, too! He explained all pricing so there were no surprises when the bill was presented.

The service and the technician who came out was great, but it doesn’t seem like it actually cleaned anything. Our home is only a year old so we knew it would be a drastic change, but we had a couple spots in the carpet that are still there (one with residue that we can actually “wipe” off to a point). You would think a carpet cleaning service would get out reasonable blemishes. Similarly, you would expect a clean smell…. But it is doesn’t smell any different either. Maybe it didn’t work?

Cleaning was great. But the cost to increase cleaning square footage to additional needs was not proportional. The amount charged based on the estimate was extreme. I understand I had a discount for the initial quote. But in your business, you know you are going to up charge the customer when on-site. I should have just canceled the service.

These jobs are only as good as the person doing the work. Our tech did a wonderful job.

So far, our carpet looks great. Employee was very nice and answered all questions we had.

Did a great job cleaning older carpets that had lots of dirt from dog paws.

The staff was wonderful, the carpets looked much better. We did pay extra for a spot in our bedroom, looked great while they were here, but once it dried...now it looks even worse then before. My only complaint is that it looks worse, not even that it didn't completely come up.
