I left a message a couple of months ago to schedule a carpet cleaning. I received no response. I called again, scheduled a cleaning, and asked if the technician could also take 2 rugs away for cleaning. He told me the office would contact me to set a time to return the rugs. I never heard from the office, so I called, and was told my rugs would return to the main facility on 10/3, and someone would call me to set a return time for $30, or I could pick them up myself. I did not hear from the office, so I called on the 5th, and discovered that my rugs were at the main facility. I offered to pick them up, as I did not wish to incur another $30 charge. This is a lot of hassle for one living room, an ottoman, and 2 rugs. I have carpet installed by a very reputable company and a brand known to be the very best for wear and tear. The cleaner told me the dark spots by the couch are actually carpet wear and not dirt, and may be permanent. I will likely pay to have the carpet recleaned by another company to double check this diagnosis, before returning to the carpet store. It's not that I don't believe him, as much as I have never heard of this happening before. The technician was lovely and informative and very much on time. I was just surprised at how many spots around my living room are "permanent".

Cleans without odors or carpet residue. My wife has severe asthma. She reacts to many airborne items and odors. She does not react to Zerorez chemicals.

When I scheduled my appointment they simply asked what type of cleaning needed to be done, I said a sofa. No further questions were asked. When the technician arrived he stated that I didn’t have just a sofa that the material on my sofa would cost more. I was not happy at all about the unexpected increase in cost. I suggest for future customers that you update your protocol to include additional lines of questioning during the appointment scheduling. This will ensure the price quote provided is accurate and prevent future unhappy customers. After a lengthy conversation, and the inability to explain why the material on my sofa would cost more, the technician did charge me only the fee that was quoted during my scheduling call.

Carpets look great and were all dry in about 2 hours. Andy, our tech, was so nice to work with!!! He was very efficient and particular as well as very cooperative. This is the second time I've hired Z and I'll do it again and again when my carpets need cleaning.

On a previous occasion, I did not have a good experience BUT it was rectified and I was promised a discount on a future cleaning. Even though it had been three years ZEROREZ made good on that commitment.

The tech ask if I had any trouble spots/stains, he then listed services that Zerorex offered and made recommendations based on his observation of my home. After completing the task, he requested that I walk the areas that he cleaned and offer an opinion. He was very professional,
polite, and customer orientated. This was my first experience with Zerorex, but not my last.
