There are a few spots that the technician wasn’t able to get off but when I ran my carpet cleaner over it with new cleaner, I was able to get it up. He didn’t offer to sell us any products and I forgot to ask. There are several rooms he left crunchy. So we are having to clean multiple areas ourselves because we don’t want to have to walk over hard carpet. Then he said if I didn’t give him 10 stars I wouldn’t get a free room
Of cleaned carpet next time. Not sure if I want to use this company again with the spots left on our carpet.
I've used Zeroez consistently for the last several years to freshen up carpets before the holidays. My technician this year was on-time, very polite and professional, and took good care on on trouble spots. I recommend Zeroez, for sure!
Thorough job, prompt appointment
Although I like the concept of not using a lot of chemicals, the results were not as good as my home carpet cleaner in the heavy traffic zones. I was advised by the technician in advance that the damage done in the traffic zones would not allow complete removal of the dirt buildup. There was one area outside the bedroom doorway where a reddish discoloration was left in the carpet that wasn't there previously.
All other aspects of the process went well and the technician was polite, professional and timely.

Good fast service. 5th or 6th time we’ve had you out. Carpets always look good. Just heard pricing finally went down for tile, which is #1 reason we never had our tile cleaned. Definitely getting that done next trip! Also had the best tech this trip than all the others past. Thanks ZeroRez.

Like the clean and fast drying time
ZeroRes does a great job! They were able to get 2 stains out of our carpet that previous carpet cleaners could not remove. Chris did a great job. He worked really hard and was professional and informative. This is the second time I’ve used ZeroRes and I’m sticking with ZeroRes going forward. They are a good value and do an amazing job every time! I will be requesting Chris as our cleaner in the future! I also love that they don’t use chemicals as we have a dog!
My carpets are very old & the tech was able to get the old residue from previous cleanings that used other products. Very pleased

Clean carpet and love seat with no odor
This is my second time and my first time was great but this time the stains have come back two days later.
Your tech was super friendly and cooperative. He quickly answered my questions explaining the Zerorez system. Your customer service person also was exceptionally cooperative answering my questions and being able to meet my schedule.
Arrive within the scheduled time frame, especially after my appointment had to be rescheduled due to Zerorez conflict. My window was 10am-noon and the technician didn't arrive until 2pm. Service otherwise was very good and I was happy with the results.
