the technician was pleasant and did a nice job - it took too long to dry. and our table stained the wet carpet and now we have two rings that will not come out. i would like something to have been put under the table legs.

Thomas cleaned my carpets yesterday and couldn’t have been more polite and professional. I had Zerorez once before and was extremely happy with the results so I decided to contact them again. This time I elected to have the Protector added after Thomas explained the benefits. My carpets are light in color and look so clean and new👏 I’m a very satisfied customer!!!

The technicians seem knowledgeable but after a do over, my white carpet is ruined. Everywhere the pretreatment was sprayed it caused huge yellow rings on the carpet.
I have already had a do over so I do not have any suggestions.
I have never had an experience like this. I have to also say that customer service has been great. But it seems that you simply don’t have the product and expertise that I was hoping for.

You companies creation of the no residue system is brilliant and so beneficial for those of us who really are not fans of other cleaning companies process that is exactly that. My carpet is clean and that is fantastic!!!

My carpet doesn’t even look like it was cleaned. I was sent a coupon for 3 rooms for $150 and you just went over the carpets with water. You added on charges so it was more than $150. You kept offering “spot treatments” or “deeper cleaning” for specific areas for $75 a spot! I spent an extra $75 to remove a spot and it doesn’t even look like it was cleaned. If I would have had a true carpet cleaning from you guys it would have hands down been over $1000 and it probably wouldn’t even looked like i got my carpets cleaned. You advertise on the Smiley Morning Show every day and that’s why I used you. What frauds. Shame on you! I’m telling everyone it’s a scam! You offer a cheap cleaning and use only water and then tell the customer in each room “we can only get it clean if we use our special spot remover etc.” What a rip off. I am telling everyone about your shady company and going back to Stanley Steemer. Shame on you!
