Remove the very black tire track from our driveway. Not he end of the world but something you might want to determine why that happened.
It required overnight for most areas to drive enough to put furniture back. Not quite the 4-6 hours.
Process is good and the techs were courteous and knowledgeable.
First off, Ty is great. I don't think the issues that I'm having have anything to do with him. We had our carpets serviced and, for the most part, they turned out great. However, on our stairs the carpet has turned a brownish color. Ty came out for a re-service and the brown spots are still here. I think it's more the product than anything else.
Again, Ty was very informative and a really nice person. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing. He's a 10/10.

Our company, MySherri, consistently uses Zerorez for our clients as one of our preferred partners. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. Shane and Candy are always helpful when we call. The techs are respectful of the homes and do a thorough job. They always point out areas where they could not remove stains, but more often than not, they successfully provide clean and stain-free carpeting.

I got a text saying the tech assigned to my route had to leave due to a family emergency. I think I was texting with Ian (?) but whoever worked with me went beyond my expectations to get me worked in the same day. I understand things happen. I was just really impressed with the way the problem was handled.
The tech was great and explained the process. I liked that he set appropriate expectations (e.g. “the discoloration in the carpet is likely to be permanent”) and verified pricing before getting started. He was great - 10/10. Friendly, professional, courteous. I also like the quality of the cleaning itself, but the customer service made the difference for me. I’ll definitely use Zerorez again.

Straight forward pricing. You team treats the home with great respect and do a good job. It would be nice add more of your services to the website like hardwoods for example to make it easier to schedule items other than carpets.
Cost is high. High enough to definitely make us consider waiting as long as possible to schedule return service in the future.
ZeroRez does a fine job leaving my carpeting clean without soaking them. They work around furniture when I can’t move things. The service people are knowledgeable and prompt explaining what they do as they work.

Although I gave your company a tough job and the carpet looks beautiful, there is still a scent of dog urine I was hoping would be eliminated after paying extra for a pet service.
Maybe it’s just time for new carpet!

Service went well every thing looks good
I've used Zeroez two times and both times carpets were spotless when they finished. Both gentlemen were very professional and explained all that they were going to do. Got a call the day before my appointment and the day of. The technician then called to tell me his name and about ten minutes out. Payment was also easy as well. As they accept checks as well as phone payment. Will definitely have them again next year.
