This was our first time using Zerorez after moving into a new home. The previous owners had cats and my husband is unfortunately allergic. We like that Zerorez was able to come out and focus on getting a specific area cleaned that really smelled like cats. I like that their products are pet, kid, and environmentally friendly.
Fast, efficient- so easy to book and appointment online and lots of availability- carpets always look good when done and dry fast
Nothing was explained by the tech and the cursing was very disappointing.
A refund is about the only thing as I won't have them come back

Your service man was great! He explained the process and what to expect during and after cleaning. I chose your service this time over the company we have used for 10plus years due to your statement that the water extraction method you used would have the carpet dry in 4to 6 hours. That is, in fact, what occurred. Carpet was dry in record time. I was, however, disappointed that the area of carpet under our sofas could not be cleaned. (We always remove all small furniture [end tables, occasional chairs,lamps, etc.] and have the two sofas on sliders for easy moving.) I will be sure to include the no-moving furniture fact in any recommendations I make to friends.
Question: How are the backs of sofas/loveseats cleaned if your "no moving" policy is followed? Cleaning these items are my next project.

The tech didn’t wear show coverings and tracked in dirt. Our laundry room, where he entered, ended up being covered in dirty footprints. Defeats the purpose of having our carpets cleaned.
Rep very good and explaining things
While we have used your service several times with good results we would like to say a few words about the technician that performed our last cleaning.
Thomas Bunnell is BY FAR the most courteous and professional technician that we have experienced. Most are nice but Mr. Bunnell is exceptional.Protected corners, spent time on high traffic areas, left no trace he was here. Explained all products. If you need a trainer he would make a great one.
In your ad you claim to use fans to help with dry times I never saw a fan inside my home and my floors took a good 8 hrs to dry.
On time, friendly service.

Co.paring the zero rez results with Stanely Steamer, Zero Rez did a much better job. In addition, SS tried upsell additional service, i.e. using soap to actually clean the carpet, that would have been more than double the price they quoted.
So, for ethical reasons and quality reasons I will recommend Zero Rez.
Person who came out was an hour later than the two hour window I was given the day before. When called sounded like he was trying to get out of coming. Then offered to do less work on upholstery cleaning as in not cleaning backs or sides to “save me money”. Then showed me an invoice for much more than the quote. I had already told him that my cushions were down filled and couldn’t be cleaned. He spent quite a bit of time calling someone to verify pricing. Still paid more than original quote as I added an ottoman after quote given. This person asked to use bathroom which is reasonable request but spent an extremely long time in the bathroom. The furniture was cleaned but the experience was not pleasant!
I was told the spot came up and came in today to see the opposite and a horrible smell. I have text messages showing they were removed, when I booked the appt I was told they could spot treat and then was told the day of cleaning you don't spot treat. I paid 100% than 8 months ago and the last company did a much better job. Being Google Certified I think we need to reach out to them since you will not get back in touch with us

Techinian was very knowledgeable and went right in work. Appreciated a couple little extras he did. Didn’t like my appointment time so late in day. Also do not like that a copy of the bill is not provided. I want a copy of bills I pay. Would likely use you again.
The technician did a great job in the house and the wool rug came back very clean

The product is good. I have had both carpets and furniture cleaned - both look great.
I was very disappointed in the grout cleaning .. very poor quality..I called and the company rep offered to do again.. I don’t think the issue was the tech. I don’t think you have proper equipment.. waste of money..
