The quality of the cleaning was better than other services. The technician was knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely fashion.
The ease and flexibility of scheduling, and the short time (i.e.: efficiency) of the technicians on site, coupled with the thoroughness of prep. In less than 2 hours, we had two rooms, a hallway and a sofa completely cleaned. Just what I wanted!

I raised the concern about an area of our carpet where pur kitten had an accident and asked about the $75 cleaning that did a 3x3' section. Aldric recommended the topical deodorizer instead for the odor yesterday. Now that the artificial fragrance has worn off the area our kitten had an accident in still clearly smells like urine. The smell was the main reason we had our carpets professionally cleaned and now we need to hire a different company to do it again.

I loved the tech. Two things bother me - I think it is overpriced and I don’t like that the techs are paid on commission so may try to sell you more than needed and may try to get done quickly to move on to the next job.
Careful about the house, and tech is open in sharing what is being done and what we might expect.
Services: The rep explained what he was doing as he went. I appreciated how thirough he did his job. The cleaning did a magnificant job. Itvwas much better than I had expected.
