I think my carpet was cleaned too quickly it’s been 30 hours since the work was completed and my floors are still damp, we have had fans on them for 24 hours and they are still wet

We call Zerorez because of the quality work and professionalism.
The majority of the spots where not removed. I understand the carpets are old but when I went back into the home today I was able to use an all natural carpet cleaner and it did take out the stains I used it on. I didn't expect all the stains to come out but if you compare the photos I took of the carpets prior to cleaning they look pretty much the same after. Very disappointed in the end result. When I spoke to someone today the reasoning for the stains not being removed was because the carpets where old. I would not recommend Zerorez to anyone.

The technician had not heard of the promo code (airplane) I got in the mail for 3 bedrooms and a hall for $149. The monthly special on your website was for $149. Instead he upcharged the 5 bedroom special, and I didn’t have 5 rooms to clean. We did pet biological treatment, but I smell dog again after a day. Just disappointed in how much I paid ($718) for what I got.
Our carpet looks beautiful, no lingering strong smell from strong cleaners or chemicals.

The service technician was very professional and informative
When making the reservation months ago, I believe I made a note requesting to be the first customer in the 8am-12pm shift. For one, it's kind of annoying to waste half a Saturday sitting around only for the technician to show up at 11:50am. Wew could have gone out to breakfast or lunch, but instead, we sat around waiting to be called about the arrival time of the technician. Second, we schedule our three dogs to get groomed at the same time we are getting are carpets cleaned for obvious reasons. We dropped them off at the groomer at 8am assuming the carpets will be done by the time we go back to pick them up at noon since I believe I made that note to be the first customer at 8am. Unfortunately, our technician didn't arrive at 11:50am - the same time we got called from the groomers to come pick up our three dogs. Also, our carpets were way more damp than they've ever been so we had to try to stay off of them for the rest of the day. We have 3 dogs and a 6yr old boy - this is difficult to do.
Overall, it was a very inconvenient experience and too much of a hassle.
Friendly, knowlegeable and competent staff. Carpet cleaning does not use soap product, meaning carpets do not retain residue.

After having our carpets treated and paying additional for pet soiling, I could immediately still smell an odor. The next day, I decided to get out my big green carpet cleaner (made by Bissell) and give it another go in one of the rooms treated by your technician. The water was so dark. I mean, I was astonished given the claim zerorez give about sucking out all of the previous carpet cleaners cleaners and dirt. Y’all didn’t get anything. I’m extremely disappointed and do not think I will ever recommend this service to anybody.
