Like the clean and fast drying time
ZeroRes does a great job! They were able to get 2 stains out of our carpet that previous carpet cleaners could not remove. Chris did a great job. He worked really hard and was professional and informative. This is the second time I’ve used ZeroRes and I’m sticking with ZeroRes going forward. They are a good value and do an amazing job every time! I will be requesting Chris as our cleaner in the future! I also love that they don’t use chemicals as we have a dog!
My carpets are very old & the tech was able to get the old residue from previous cleanings that used other products. Very pleased

Clean carpet and love seat with no odor
This is my second time and my first time was great but this time the stains have come back two days later.
Your tech was super friendly and cooperative. He quickly answered my questions explaining the Zerorez system. Your customer service person also was exceptionally cooperative answering my questions and being able to meet my schedule.
Arrive within the scheduled time frame, especially after my appointment had to be rescheduled due to Zerorez conflict. My window was 10am-noon and the technician didn't arrive until 2pm. Service otherwise was very good and I was happy with the results.
Cleaner showed up on time, was thorough with the cleaning, and was very friendly. Work was completed in a very timely manner.
Always good results and we don't end up with carpets soaking wet like some companies do

Disappointed:
1. Service technician saturated the carpet on the hallway & stairways of our home. We had to open windows, turn on all the ceiling fans & 4 floor fans to try to remedy /dry this mess.
2. Banged the carpet machine against white baseboards. Very loud & sloppy. It was awful.
3. Left dirt & water stains on the wood & carpet , which we had to clean up
4. Large yellowish brown stains surfaced in different areas of the carpet , residue was left on carpet.
5. The water disposal was on my stairs & hallway landing. No disposal was needed since it was left in my house.
6. Nothing was used to dry carpet.
I do appreciate that the GM came to assess the damages the following day & acknowledged the fact that policies & procedures were not followed. He attempted to use a spray bottle cleaner to reverse the stains that were left behind & he did clarify that the technician did not test the carpet & used the wrong products. The GM cleaned the areas himself. He managed to clean some of it. We expressed to him the health concern we have from the extreme saturation to the carpet& mold. He stated he could return & rinse the carpet. We do not want to risk the carpet getting wet again & more mold. My husband called the GM to discuss options & he became agitated, and told my husband he was unreasonable & hung up on my husband.
I have never experienced or witnessed such unprofessional workmanship & behavior, especially from leadership.
No harsh chemicals and doesn’t feel wet afterwards.
