My technician did an excellent job and was extremely courteous and professional!
Carpet still appears dirty after cleaning. I used my new vacuum on the living room the next day. It has a see thru canister and it was almost half full after cleaning. I have called and scheduled a return visit for tomorrow to see if it improves. Tile cleaning was some better but not what I had expected. Hope tomorrows visit turns out better.

I noticed a spot that appeared to not receive attention during cleaning. The doors were wide open during the cleaning; a warning should’ve been given to secure my pets so they wouldn’t escape. Fortunately it was cold outside so they didn’t venture out.
