What our clients think of us!

The carpet never got cleaned the tech came back and acknowledged that the dirt wicks up the next day. He came back to redo but only did one of the rooms while acknowledging the other never cleaned. You can see clear lines where a table and carpet had been placed( all of this was removed prior )
I am very disappointed and will need to get the carpets recleaned by a different vendor

All of your professionals are so kind and courteous. Thank you Nathan for your wonderful work on my home.

carpet looks brand new after being cleaned

Dries quickly, very thorough.

Carpet cleaning is thorough, like oka great after finish. Professional workers.

Amanda, the cleaner, did an amazing job! She was knowledgeable and thorough.

I had all of my carpets cleaned the other day. There were several spots from some pet visitors I had and the tech was able to get everything removed. He did a great job!

The only carpet cleaning service we use for our personal home and rental properties. Technicians are always professional and very knowledgeable. Office staff is friendly and wait time is minimal.

Thomas was great!

The carpets are clean. Even the spots that have been there for many years are essentially gone. The technician was friendly, thorough, and professional.

Carpets look great, technician worked hard to make my carpets look almost new again! And educated me on the process.

Excellent job, affordable price and courteous personnel.

Efficent, friendly tech and pleased with his work.

Do not us my name.

Amanda did an excellent job cleaning my carpets, they look brand new!

Great job!

I appreciate that you guaranteed your services and had my carpets cleaned a second time due to the fact that they were not done well the first time.
They look SO much better now.

Still stains on carpet worse

The guy was very kind and Knowledgeable

Knowledgeable, professional, not too messy, and dries quickly. The next day, I did have to use the spot remover Tevin provided to get up some spots that didn’t go away during the cleaning, so I’m glad he left a bottle.

The whole experience was great from setting up the appointment to having the work completed- the technician called ahead and provided the time he would arrive and he arrived within that time frame. He explained what he was going to do and then started the work. Afterwards he went over the job. He did an amazing job and room the time to get the carpets clean- we are very happy with the work and whole experience.

I recently had my carpet and ceramic tile cleaned. The technician, Derek, worked hard to remove spots on the carpet and clean the grout. My floors look terrific!

Your technician was great. (Leroy) He was fast, through and did a great job. Very professional!

Very efficient & personable workers & a product that works!

I love the attention to detail and how clean my carpets and upholstery turned out.

Zerorez was awesome and very informative. Would definitely recommend!

They work

I really thought my shower would be more clean after ZeroRez worked on it. It's only a 2 year old remodel and we have a water softener (shouldn't be that much buildup that the water spots on the porcelain tile can't be removed with a little extra attention). I had a Re-service and still had to clean it. I wouldn't pay the $185 again! At least the staff were friendly!

Did a great job! Trevin was extremely professional.

Always professional and friendly. Informative and do a great job cleaning the carpets. Makes sure we are satisfied before leaving

Technician was great!
