Techinian was very knowledgeable and went right in work. Appreciated a couple little extras he did. Didn’t like my appointment time so late in day. Also do not like that a copy of the bill is not provided. I want a copy of bills I pay. Would likely use you again.
The technician did a great job in the house and the wool rug came back very clean

The product is good. I have had both carpets and furniture cleaned - both look great.
I was very disappointed in the grout cleaning .. very poor quality..I called and the company rep offered to do again.. I don’t think the issue was the tech. I don’t think you have proper equipment.. waste of money..

No residues left on carpet after they are cleared. Dry quickly. Professional service.
Chris was very good and on time, I was satisfied with his work. The response from the office on the other hand was absent; I requested the receipt to be sent again with the right name but I have not gotten anything as of this hour.
So it's a mix bag, hence the rating.

Great service! Staff was very nice and helpful! The quality of the work was outstanding. Made our old tired carpet look very nice again! Will definitely use again in the future!

We had zerorez a few years ago and they did a wonderful job. The most recent visit was not as successful. Also I indicated that I wanted only one closet
Ckeaned and both were cleaned and I was charged. It was fine because the work was done but I indicated that I wanted only one cleaned . We also had steps cleaned. They turned out well. I would. Like to have 2 of the 3 rooms redone . I am

My carpets and floors look great and Tevin did a great job. He explained each step of the service and what to expect. He was timely and efficient.
My carpet looks wonderful, the technician answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
I booked an appointment with a time frame of 10:00-2:00. At about 11:45 the technician called and asked for clarification about where I lived. Turns out, he was in Greenwood and I live in Westfield. He said he’d be at my house around 12:30. I then got another call from him and he said he’d made a mistake- he was looking at the wrong client, and he had 2 other houses to clean before mine. He said my time frame was 4:00-6:00. I told him this definitely was not the time I’d booked because I had plans that night and I knew it would conflict. He said I’d have to call the main line and talk to them. I did, and they said someone called in sick so they had to move things around. They “forgot” to tell me. I understand that things happen, but not communicating this or even asking if the new time works is not acceptable. I explained that I had plans and the only solution he gave was letting the technician stay after I have to leave and letting him lock up. That is not a reasonable solution! The technician ended up coming around 4:15 so I was still at home and it worked out, but he spent about 30 minutes cleaning 3 rooms which is about 1/3 of the time it normally takes. He did clean the hallway for free, which was nice. The whole experience was a terrible reflection of your company and I would not book again if it was my first time and I thought this was normally how it was run. There really were not any apologies or inquiries about how to make the situation better, which was also unacceptable.

I was told the spot came up and came in today to see the opposite and a horrible smell. I have text messages showing they were removed, when I booked the appt I was told they could spot treat and then was told the day of cleaning you don't spot treat. I paid 100% than 8 months ago and the last company did a much better job. Being Google Certified I think we need to reach out to them since you will not get back in touch with us
