I loved the tech. Two things bother me - I think it is overpriced and I don’t like that the techs are paid on commission so may try to sell you more than needed and may try to get done quickly to move on to the next job.

Careful about the house, and tech is open in sharing what is being done and what we might expect.

Services: The rep explained what he was doing as he went. I appreciated how thirough he did his job. The cleaning did a magnificant job. Itvwas much better than I had expected.

Matt, our technician, spent time explaining what he would be doing. The last ime I used Zerorez, I was very disappointed. The carpets were soaking wet - took over two days to dry. This time the carpets were dried within we hours. Much better than before.

Tevin did a great, great job, and he is pleasant to have working in one's house.

Read my previous rating message concerning the black spots after you finished on 12/13/22! Very poor performance and virtually in the same spots not cleaned as the last time. That time your manager/trainer came out and removed the spots in less than ten minutes! Extremely poor teck training

I am not at all satisfied! This is my second time using Zerorez. The first time turned out great! This time the couch I had cleaned barely looks like it was cleaned…especially the armrests. I had to mention to the technician about them still looking dirty. All he was interested in was selling me a bottle of stain remover. I finally consented to buying one and he used it to clean a spot on one of the armrests. He mentioned to me that I could use it in the other armrest. When he left I proceeded to do so and now you can see where I used it. I happened to have visitors this weekend and one of them said…”I thought you were getting your couch cleaned “. I said I did and their response was it doesn’t look much different and the armrests look dirty. I am just very disappointed! I spent $200- on getting it cleaned and expected to see it looking much better than it does. I have no plans of using Zerorez in the future and would definitely not recommend them to anyone I know.
