Clean and excellent customer service. The gentleman that came to clean our carpets was very knowledgeable

Since you have gone to corporately run instead of a franchise, the service seems to be different and more expensive. A very good job was done on the family room carpet I recently had cleaned but I could not afford to have everything that I wanted cleaned done. The tile job I had done last week was very disappointing. Your tech was very knowledgeable but the grout did not look all that much better after the job was finished. I had to sign off on the job even though he told me it only looked bad because it was still wet. I used to recommend you to every one but even my neighbors have said they are no longer as satisfied with your services as they once were.

My carpet is older and Matt did a wonderful job in making them look great, very knowledgeable about fabric .

Our tech was very kind and made quick work of our carpet cleaning. He was patient and took his time to explain the process. The before and after photos showed just how much of a difference going with zerorez made. I’ll be using them in the future!

The carpet looks clean but does not smell clean

ery disappointing experience with their office. I just called to explain my frustration and alert the management. The individual who answered said he was the manager and didn’t seem concerned with losing a customer. When I scheduled the appt I described our home and explained exactly what I wanted cleaned. I was not asked about room size, but was told it would cost $163 and we could pay by cash or credit. When the gentleman came to clean, he said the room was big and he called the office to get the new price: $253. Plus he said there was a fee to use a credit card. I don’t appreciate the less than accurate intake process, change in price and then discovering hidden fees. Again, I called to give them a chance to correct this but the manager didn’t seem to care. I will not use ZEROREZ again. Too many other options to choose from. Hopefully options with more integrity.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and the person on the phone was pleasant and helpful. I liked the email reminders about the time and instructions about prep on my end were helpful. The serviceman was pleasant and readily answered the few questions I had. He was professional and efficient. He was finished in a little less than hour, emailed my invoice showing payment, took his equipment, was done and gone. A positive experience and you will be the company I call next time. Thank you!

Seemed highly recommended. I have been told for 3 years that you did not service in my area (Franklin IN). I must've found the right person this last time to tell me that yes, you do service in this area but with a minimum. Regardless, I had enough work to reach that amount (I had called for the 3 room special). So all's good. The tech who did our carpets was very honest and forthcoming. I really appreciated this! The carpets looked fine before, just a few spots. And look nice afterwards.

No smell nor over-saturation of water remained! Very excellent work and an awesome employee in Aldrice who took time to explain what to expect for problematic stains to which he was masterful in cleaning.

Called to have high traffic area cleaned a second time. Response was prompt and thorough. Carpet continues to look clean now. Tech even brought in a fan to expedite drying time knowing it was a high traffic area.
Was also given suggestions to address the issue if carpet stains resurfaced, such as checking pad and sub floor if second pass did not fix the problem.

Tevin was amazing. He was very informative and just a polite gentleman. He answered all my questions and explained in detail the process upon arrival. You are one lucky company to have him representing Zerorez.

The guys that came to do the work were really nice and professional. Very thorough in their explanation of services and identification that some areas might not be 100% effective with regards to pet odor. I totally understand that areas by the baseboards might not be able to be totally free of odors and that sub-floor work might be needed there. However, it seems like areas away from the baseboards didn't improve much with the cleaning. The carpet did look much better visually after the treatment, but I was hoping for an overall improvement as it related to some legacy odor issues. Maybe my expectation were too high as some of the odors have been there for a while.

I also am not a fan of the $325.00 minimum. It doesn't sit well that I needed to eat money to get to that limit just to see how this would help with our carpet....and that didn't help as much as anticipated.

Overall, not a horrible experience but not very likely to be a repeat customer based on the items above. Maybe I need a more traditional carpet cleaning service?

I had an appointment scheduled between 10-2 pm, at 2pm no one had showed up or called. Therefore I called and spoke to Candy, she informed me that the General Manager had changed our schedule time, the thing is we were never notified, we spent the entire morning-afternoon waiting for a call that never came.
Very poor communication and management, I almost canceled at that point. But we had already wasted most of our day and when I spoke to Thomas he assured me he could get the job done by 5pm, therefore I kept the appt. Thomas was great and the carpet looks good.

Did not remove odor as much as I hoped

Great job as always! Makes me feel my house is filthy with all the debris their equipment gets.

The technician was very knowledgeable and presented every step of the process in great detail, so there were no surprises. He was able to get the stains out of the carpet and when he was finished the carpet looked new. Added bonus was the industrial fan that was used to help with the overall dry time.

We had a beautiful Persian area rug that was ruined by one of our dogs with severe urine stains. We thought there was no hope for our one of a kind rug. My husband suggested we call ZeroRez for help. Although I doubted anything could be done, we called ZeroRez. They promptly picked up our rug and told us they thought the rug could be saved. Honestly, I appreciated their optimism but I agreed to let them try. Much to my surprise and delight, ZeroRez saved our beautiful rug! I couldn’t believe it! My husband and I are extremely grateful and will recommend ZeroRez to anyone who needs a rug or carpet cleaned.

The gentleman cleaners explained everything and ask me important questions before they started cleaning carpets. They were very thorough and the carpets looked and smelled lovely and they didn't take long. The carpet dried quickly and I will recommend them and use their services again.

I am allergic to smoke so couldn't even hold the pamphlet he gave me. Wasn't here more than 30 to 40 min total. Stains still on floor. Arrived 2 hrs early. Not home when he got here had to rush home. Overall not a good experience

I have never had a carpet cleaning company not move furniture. So after I moved the furniture myself, I have to move it back and then clean the areas of the carpet that weren’t cleaned by you with my own carpet cleaner. Also, I was charged for EACH landing on my staircase?? All of your à la carte charges are ridiculous. I definitely will recommend people don’t use your company.
