Professional, on time, completes service as described
Both times that they have cleaned my carpet, the technicians were professional and took the time to explain the process and how to care for my carpet (and chair) afterwards.
Each technician we’ve had has been thorough and pleasant, and their work has been excellent.
Excellent job, has 2 nasty coffee stain that I didn’t think would ever removed, but Leroy took care of them.. hats off to Leroy. Great job!

Meh. There was still a film on the floor in places although the floor looked great in other places. I would probably not have Zerorez back.
Your process makes my 15 yr. Old carpet look like I could get another year out it. Plus no sticky residue when I walk in my bare feet.

The ease of scheduling was great. I made an appointment online and was notified that the time was accepted. They called to verify appointment time. The day of they had some cancellations and were able to get my time moved up which worked out great for me. Marcus came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall great experience.
