Had to have second cleaning. Response was good. Seconding cleaning was better.
I raised the concern about an area of our carpet where pur kitten had an accident and asked about the $75 cleaning that did a 3x3' section. Aldric recommended the topical deodorizer instead for the odor yesterday. Now that the artificial fragrance has worn off the area our kitten had an accident in still clearly smells like urine. The smell was the main reason we had our carpets professionally cleaned and now we need to hire a different company to do it again.
