Wasn't as impressed as i thought i would be. Didn't get the carpet as clean as i thought. Dark spots, the edge of the carpet still dirty, stains left. When i asked about stains, I was told it was a difficult stain to get out and would take more money to get it out. I got it out myself after he left. Plus, it only took 1 hour 15 minutes to do 3 rooms and a hallway. No wonder!
Well equipped technician did a great job. The carpets look great. He was very professional and friendly.

Didn’t lift things up to clean under them. Didn’t get in corners and right up to the baseboards.
Very helpful quick & nice to deal with & should scored it a7 instead if 5- im just torn as it wasn’t successful the same as 1st service a few years ago because 2 trips to redo & it was damp wet for 2 days after & 1 bedroom not seem cleaned (not the 1 dig spot that was in there- daughters makeup are still darkish circle) thank you for courteous & quick service!

Carpet is clean it looks like new. Robert was here to please and he did. The cleaner leaves no residue. Carpet does not get dirty as quick since there is no soap used.

Carpets look amazing! We had one room that we were not expecting much results with since the kids had spilt nail polish, paint, etc over. It ended up looking almost new. Everything smells very fresh
