Our furniture had a code S which means solvent cleaning or dry cleaning. Which means it couldn’t be cleaned by Zerorez. I feel like that question should have been asked by someone before the tech came. I was prepared to have the furniture cleaned until he saw the code and told me Zerorez could not clean it.

Technician was friendly, knowledgeable about what could and could not be done which helped with managing expectations. Carpets turned out fantastic! Pricing very reasonable and technician respectful of property.

He arrived when they said he would. Actually a little early. Was careful, efficient and pleasant .

The technician that was out doing the work was great. He did a great job explaining everything.

It's disappointing that it was not clear all the added charges that would be brought up onsite. I live in a tiny 1500 sq foot house where no room is bigger than 10x10. He asked if I wanted the closets included in my room cleaning. I said yes; and he explained it would be an additional $45 per closet. Not only do I find that excessive, we're talking like an additional 4 sq feet.

I paid and scheduled to have my stairs done and they turn as you go up. for example, 2 steps are like angled steps and a little larger than the rest of the stairs. Maybe 6-8 inches larger and he explained that would be an additional charge b/c that is considered a "landing".

I'm sure if the scheduled service took place at an 8,000 sq foot home and they were asked if they wanted closets included, that it would likely be an additional fee b/c they would have large walk in closets that could possibly be the size of a room. Not the case in smaller homes.

Basically I'm just disappointed in how the pricing works anymore and am not sure I will use zerorez next time.

After the followup call yesterday, I feel like I should reiterate that the technician did a great job. When I clicked on the “review” button initially, I changed my mind about doing a review and closed the window, thinking it wouldn’t go through.

The technician probably should give us a bad review:) as I said, our biggest issue was with the confusion on the original scheduling. And he just happened to be the person here when we were trying to figure it out.

Also, I probably should not have mentioned the power outage. It wasn’t his fault. Any one of use could have stepped off the sidewalk and had that happen. It just all combined had me not happy by the time the day was over. Not the technician’s fault he did a great job on his part.

I chose Zerorez because I don't like a lot of chemicals in my home, so I love the concept of no rez!

Thorough explanation of services. No heavy sales techniques. Fine attention to detail when cleaning and around the home care in general. Tevon was very courteous as well. We definitely will request him next time.

I’ve had other carpet cleaners come and never really explained what they were going to do or what chemicals if any were to be used. LaRoy told me exactly what he was going to use and why. He didn’t mind me asking questions or get bothered that I watched him work. I found it interesting When I osaw these fuzz balls on the carpet after he had done some vacuuming with this square machine. I was amazed how he got it cleaned. I’m a very clean individual with no stains or rips in my carpet. No children to tramp dirt to really have it filthy, I guess it doesn’t matter how many times I vacuum and try to clean, dirt still manages to get in carpet. I will definitely recommend Zerorez and have already to my friends. My 7 year old carpet looks like new!

I did not receive your insurance certificate I requested before you cleaned. All other companies that I deal with provides proof of coverage, especially workmans comp. Unless you can provide this I will not do business with you again.

Thomas goes beyond what is asked and makes sure you are happy with everything. He is a real asset to the company and you guys are very lucky to have someone like that in the company. I trust Thomas in my home at all time and and trust him around my family as well. The cleaning went like it always does… Thomas explained process, worked hard, used fans and was respectful while in home.

I was extremely disappointed in the upholstery cleaning. Mainly our kitchen table chairs. I would have never spent $150 for them to look like they were barely cleaned. Everything else turned out great.

We recently had 5 rooms and stairs cleaned. The Zerorez rep was very courteous, attentive, and did an excellent job on our carpet!
