Ist time using Zrez in a commercial building. I have tried many companies over my 20 years here. The carpet looks NEW after the water extraction. My journey to find a good carpet cleaning contractor has finally ended.
1st time for tile & grout. Tech made excuses about results. Won't use Zero Rez again for tile. Company is great for cleaning carpets.

Marcus, the tech was friendly and informative and professional.
Some of the stains looked more prominent than before the cleaning and it took over 24 hours for the carpets to dry, even with fans blowing on them.

I am not convinced that my carpets get completely clean. Your technicians, who are courteous & hard-working, tell me that specific areas are not “dirty “ but rather have permanent carpet damage. Yet when I use my small Bissel spot cleaner on them, I am able to remove a great deal of the stain That leaves me wondering about the oxygenated water process
Also, I have to move all the furniture. If I have to do all of that, it makes me think I should just rent a carpet cleaner for a fraction of the price & clean the carpets myself. The drying time is my hang-up w/that idea: your system dries the carpet more quickly
I do like your company & like the concept of “no harsh chemicals.” And I am sure Zerorez removes a lot of dirt, which is why I gave you an 8.
Ask your tech for the photos he took when he was done and you will still several dark areas in the carpet. He told me that the carpet was permanently stained and that no more dirt could be removed. !I followed when the carpet had dried with my 20 year old Bissell Pro heat and still took out more dirt as shown in two photos that I can provide of very dirty water. I was out of cleaner fluid at that point so I rinsed the carpet with hot water and let it dry and then took a photo of a much cleaner but still shady carpet in one area. These phots are in my cell phone and I can message them to you if you provide the text number. The tech was courteous but I don't think he fully understands what your machine can do. If you or you limit the time he is allowed Check your records from last year you will find a similar situation with a new tech that your then trainer corrected in less than fifteen minutes work on the carpet. I also mentioned to the tech that I originally signed up when you still had a discount and that it was not applied when I paid. He said he would pass that information on to your office. Did not clean what you was supposed to, and charged more than the quoted
Punctual, friendly, and did a GREAT job getting some stains out.
I had zereo rez come it to both my homes back to back. Both Techs were awesome. They quickly assessed the work needing to be done as well as fully explaining everything and got right to work. I was very happy with the the end result.

Thorough and efficient
We decided to use Zerorez after a recommendation from our friend who uses them often due to pets in the house. I love the constant communication from the company and the person coming to do the cleaning. We had Derek and he did a great job and explained thoroughly what he was doing as he went. The carpets looked so much better after he was finished. They did take longer than the 4-6 hour drying time, but that wasn't a problem. We will definitely use Zerorez again!
