Great service and communication
The carpets are clean and everything look great
Zerorez is awesome! Our carpet feels brand new again. This was our first cleaning it's only 3yrs old. It's wonderful! It dries fast and doesn't smell like chemicals. Would highly recommend!
Like that they stay true to their 30 day guarantee.
Carpets look great, pulled the nap up and carpets are not crunchy with detergents.

Communication prior to the cleaning was excellent. I was fully aware of what was expected of me and what to expect on the day of cleaning. It is evident that this company has well thought out processes and expectations for the service they provide. It’s been a while since I’ve seen this level of customer service!
Our technician was great. Very professional and courteous. His relaxed and casual demeanor is perfectly suited to represent you in peoples homes.
Our disappointment lies in the effectiveness of the cleaning. Although the appearance of our carpet was what we hoped for, we are e atill contending with the smell of urine in the rooms we had cleaned.
Perhaps our expectations were unreasonable.

Customer service and job done
The cleaning was fantastic, but there was significant damage to the baseboards and door trim where the machinery scratched wood and knocked off a good bit of the freshly painted trim in the three bedrooms that were washed. Next time I will set the standard with the workmen, but the company should do that in training. It will take me longer to repaint the trim than it did for the crew to clean my floors.
Carpets not as clean as I expected them to be.
Very professional service! Everything was explained before and after the cleaning process. My sofas look amazing!
I loved that the crew exucated me on what they were doing and why. They worked with me to help me make sure I was getting the best option for my situation. They upsold me, but in a way that made sense and added value. For example, they mentioned the “sub x,” but explained why the pet protection was enough.l and the sun x wasn’t needed.

The carpet in the rental property had filtration dirt around the edges of each room. Not sure if the proper tools were available for the technician or not but we were disappointed that this was not cleaned better. We discussed this issue and he said he would try to get as much up as possible.
We spot cleaned along a wall and the dirt did come up.

Very professional and efficient
The very courteous and professional technician explained the process and reviewed the work upon completion. He was also very efficient, and the process required less than an hour and a half. One note - the carpet required more time to dry than estimated, and we set up our own fans to continue drying and were back to normal the next day (our appointment was late in the day).
