Your representatives, both on the phone and in my home, were very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful.
Carpet was left very wet. Even after 12 hours it was still damp in many places. After 24 hours I was still reluctant to move back furniture.
This did not occur the last time I had your company to my home.
Great staff member worked so diligently and made our carpets and tile floors back to brand new!

Didn't receive a heads-up call. Technician had no tie or tape to secure the rug but asked me for something. I am handicapped and couldn't help. Asked me to sign several things but didn't explain. I wasn't expecting to pay before the rug was cleaned and returned. Very unprofessional. Made me wonder if we'd ever see our rug again. Scam?
Marcus H. did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets as well as the requested furniture. He fully explained the services he will be attending to, and, afterwards again all services that were completed. I do not know what products were used, but I had no problems with it. Next time I need cleaning to be done, I will ask for him personally.
I like the process used and not getting the carpet as wet as traditional services.
Carpets look great, quick cleaning time
I guess the couch cleaning was ok but didnt get all stains out. the carpet cleaning was a waste of time. it was more like a stain highlighter than a stain remover. its even more pronounced now....
The guy was nice and gave honest answers to questions with helpful suggestions. The house still smells like cat pee, but I was expecting it to. Lol

The service was easy to schedule. The phone call follow-up was timely. The Zerorez technician, Amanda, did a superb job: clean, efficient, thorough, polite and easy to work with. This is our 5th time using the company and the quality remains the same over the years. Great service.
