Did not remove odor as much as I hoped
Great job as always! Makes me feel my house is filthy with all the debris their equipment gets.
The technician was very knowledgeable and presented every step of the process in great detail, so there were no surprises. He was able to get the stains out of the carpet and when he was finished the carpet looked new. Added bonus was the industrial fan that was used to help with the overall dry time.

We had a beautiful Persian area rug that was ruined by one of our dogs with severe urine stains. We thought there was no hope for our one of a kind rug. My husband suggested we call ZeroRez for help. Although I doubted anything could be done, we called ZeroRez. They promptly picked up our rug and told us they thought the rug could be saved. Honestly, I appreciated their optimism but I agreed to let them try. Much to my surprise and delight, ZeroRez saved our beautiful rug! I couldn’t believe it! My husband and I are extremely grateful and will recommend ZeroRez to anyone who needs a rug or carpet cleaned.
The gentleman cleaners explained everything and ask me important questions before they started cleaning carpets. They were very thorough and the carpets looked and smelled lovely and they didn't take long. The carpet dried quickly and I will recommend them and use their services again.
Good service & technicians.
I am allergic to smoke so couldn't even hold the pamphlet he gave me. Wasn't here more than 30 to 40 min total. Stains still on floor. Arrived 2 hrs early. Not home when he got here had to rush home. Overall not a good experience

I have never had a carpet cleaning company not move furniture. So after I moved the furniture myself, I have to move it back and then clean the areas of the carpet that weren’t cleaned by you with my own carpet cleaner. Also, I was charged for EACH landing on my staircase?? All of your à la carte charges are ridiculous. I definitely will recommend people don’t use your company.

Called ZeroRes for emergency pet stain removal and the technician did a great job. He was polite and professional and my carpets look great!

There was not proper communication from the office scheduler to the actual person doing the cleaning so some services were not done on the day they were scheduled.
Carpet cleaning
The technician did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets before the open house. The carpets went looking worn and dirty to fresh and clean. There was even a comment at the open house about how the carpets looked good.
The service representative was very kind and professional, however we don't notice any difference in the carpet. I guess I know it's clean because I saw him working on it, but it doesn't look any different.
Our carpets just feel a little fluffier now. LaRoy got out an old candle wax stain that I had no expectation of that happening at all...it's gone! A friend recommended Zerorez to us and the price was very fair. LaRoy was very professional and friendly.

We had horribly dirty carpet. Weird teenager stains from food and drinks, pet stains, hard traffic wear and tear. When I have had other companies come out the stains may come out for a bit but they always come back. I had Zerorez come out and I didn't feel like they did a very good job. I emailed customer service my issues with pictures. The customer service manager himself called me to go over the issues. We agreed for him to come out himself a few days later to tackle the issues. He explained there was an issue with their equipment. He spent around 3 hours tackling the stains that I wasn't happy with. I was expecting a miracle with a couple of the stains. He was able to get the stains up and it looks so much better. When I first contacted them about the issues, they replied very quickly that I was right and the service was not up to their standards. They made it right and quickly. I would use them again!
I like the service I received other than getting a quote and then the quote being wrong. The real quote was over 4 times more than the original quote that was sent.
