I really thought my shower would be more clean after ZeroRez worked on it. It's only a 2 year old remodel and we have a water softener (shouldn't be that much buildup that the water spots on the porcelain tile can't be removed with a little extra attention). I had a Re-service and still had to clean it. I wouldn't pay the $185 again! At least the staff were friendly!

My carpets look worse than they did before being cleaned. Also there are spots that I think were completely missed. I used a white towel today to soak up more water and it’s all stained an orange color. I know my carpets are/were in bad shadow but I definitely expected them to look better. Loved the technician though.

I am very pleased with the customer service that is provided. It was very easy to nook on line or with a customer service representative. My carpets looked great with even being heavily pet stained in certain areas.
No residual soap because there is none. Must say took about 2 days for carpets to completely dry.
No harsh chemicals used or left. And the customer service was above and beyond by all!

Called Zerorez back for another carpet cleaning. We were so impressed with how clean the carpets were. We had to get the rest of our home cleaned. The carpets look like new.
Staff was great but there are several stains that did not come out of the carpet. I’ve always used Stanley Steemer but decided to give you guys a try. I think my stairs look worse now than they did before. I’m not sure how you can make it right.
