I like that they are in and out quickly.

Communication. Never got call two days before appointment to give us a window time. Technician notified me at about 8 am and said he was 15 min away from arrival time.
Carpet still smells. Like old wet carpet. Even after a second redo service. Urine spots not lifted. Not sure what I even paid for. I'll be calling another cleaning company to actually clean my carpet.
Our technician was quick and friendly. He recommended needed products and helped us save money. Our carpets looked and smelled great when he was done!

The rooms that were cleaned look excellent! Marcus was wonderful, professional, informative and very nice. We will be scheduling more rooms of carpet in the future and also air duct cleaning when it is available for our area. We are so pleased with our experience.
Very happy with the service and the carpet looks great! Your representative arrived on time, explained and answered my questions thoroughly and proceeded about her job. Because of the humid weather, drying of the carpet took couple of days. And it looks great!
