Great service! LeRoy was such a gentleman and did such a nice job.
I have used Zerorez several times and have always received great service. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and took great care in cleaning my carpeting and furniture. I wouldn’t use any other company.
Our technician was great. He left the carpets the best they have ever been!
Zerorez process also dries quickly so your routine is not disrupted for long.
Provide techs with a vacuum for at least hard to reach spaces for example stairs, corners etc.
My tech was great, this is not a reflection of his work.
Professional, friendly
The carpet never got cleaned the tech came back and acknowledged that the dirt wicks up the next day. He came back to redo but only did one of the rooms while acknowledging the other never cleaned. You can see clear lines where a table and carpet had been placed( all of this was removed prior )
I am very disappointed and will need to get the carpets recleaned by a different vendor

Knowledgeable, professional, not too messy, and dries quickly. The next day, I did have to use the spot remover Tevin provided to get up some spots that didn’t go away during the cleaning, so I’m glad he left a bottle.
The whole experience was great from setting up the appointment to having the work completed- the technician called ahead and provided the time he would arrive and he arrived within that time frame. He explained what he was going to do and then started the work. Afterwards he went over the job. He did an amazing job and room the time to get the carpets clean- we are very happy with the work and whole experience.
I recently had my carpet and ceramic tile cleaned. The technician, Derek, worked hard to remove spots on the carpet and clean the grout. My floors look terrific!
