Very professional and efficient
The very courteous and professional technician explained the process and reviewed the work upon completion. He was also very efficient, and the process required less than an hour and a half. One note - the carpet required more time to dry than estimated, and we set up our own fans to continue drying and were back to normal the next day (our appointment was late in the day).

The third time that it took to clean the main path in my living area worked very well with LeRoy. But the fact that you sent the original tech back to finish the job he could not do right the first time is unacceptable. It wastes time and money for both you and your customers.
Give accurate estimates. The price nearly doubled from what I was told on the phone compared to when the tech got there and saw the actual area to be cleaned. I had told the lady on the phone the square footage, but apparently that wasn't enough information for her to give an accurate estimate.
The tile and grout cleaning were ok, but not as good as I expected.
They did an amazing job, the gentleman that was out was extremely nice, worked hard and did a great job. The carpet looks nice and clean and he pointed out the stained areas that he couldn't do anything about (which Iwas aware of). Our only concern was how wet it was after the cleaning. We were told it would take about 6-8 hours and if we put fans in the room, it would help (which we did). We ended up having a rent a dehumidifier from SunBelt renals to run for 3 days to get the carpet totally dry, so that was an extra expense of about $300 that we did not plan on.

So far, we have not had a satisfactory cleaning on the first try. However, they customer service has been excellent and each time,they have come back and made it right. The score will go up if the cleaning can get done right the first time because the company is so helpful is making things right eventually.

Everyone had a positive professional attitude - from the person who scheduled the appointment to both workers. The entire process was seamless.
Offer many services. Better technique and process. Technicians professional knowledgeable and friendly. Had furniture cleaned by another company.with mediocore results. Zero rez job was way beyond theirs. Stains that could not be removed by the other company were removed by Zero rez. Our furniture looks great! Very pleased!

After servicing, the carpets looked great, but then after drying two stained areas reappeared but not as bad as before treatment.
