Zerorez has cleaned my couch twice now and my recliner once. They are always on time, professional and do a great job with both cleaning and clean up.

The floor didnt seem like it’d been cleaned at all in the living room. The hallway wasn’t Touched as described in the ad. My living room floor had baking soda still on from where I tried to clean it, proving it hadnt been touched hardly at all.

The gentleman that came to the house was very nice and very respectful- he was great. The carpet looks great. The tile floors look just ok. It would be nice if there was a way, or a smaller tool that to get into corners and underneath cabinets, etc. so there wasn’t clean grout butting up to dirty grout that the machine couldn’t get to. The other major issue that we’re just noticing is that the chemicals or whatever you use got all over out stainless steel appliances and are permanently stained, especially the stove where the heat baked the chemical onto the appliance. We’ve tried to clean them but it’s not coming off.

The carpet has no residue feeling. Looks great when finished.

Parts of carpet were really wet and took longer to dry, there was a lot of splattered residue on the front glass and wood of our entertainment center. Otherwise carpet is clean and looks good

The service provided by Amanda, the Tech that cleaned the carpet, was the best I have every had with Zerorox. I would like to have Amanda every time in the future.
