I have always had a great experience. Carpet dries quickly and no soap on the floor. The technicians have always been friendly and considerate and do a great job.

Your local company here in Fishers was a pleasure to work with from the time the young man answered the phone to when the rug was picked up. On the other hand, when I called the 800 number and spoke to a woman I was amazed how "uninformed" she was. If I hadn't had the local number, I would have contacted another company. Your local people are great!! Name removed
The technician we had was amazing!!! Our carpets look awesome!
Technician, Nathan, was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained his procedure before he started. He asked how long the carpet had been in the been u the condo.
I pointed out the area that needed the most attention. He explained that area would not look as fresh and clean as the rest of the room. I will be calling back because there is one spot that needs to be re-cleaned.
The carpet was completely dried within 24 hours.

Courteous and knowledgeable service. Carpets are as clean as can be made after the technician has finished. Between the strong vacuum and the formulation for the cleaning solution, the appearance and color of our carpet is noticeably improved upon completion of the job.
I feel like I have lines/areas that dried dirty that I didn’t have before.

I have used Zerorez exclusively for quite a few years and have always been very happy with the results of the carpet cleaning. I took advantage of the special offer this week and a very nice young man by the name of Reed did an absolutely wonderful job. When asked how long he had been with the company he replied "three weeks". I was a bit skeptical but shouldn't have been because he was very thorough, polite and professional. My carpet is light beige and has been down since 2002. It has never looked better thanks to his diligent efforts. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone (and have to most of my friends), and certainly Reed. I plan to ask for him for any future carpet cleaning.

This is the second one I filled out. The service was great, and the chairs I had cleaned looked great. The gentleman that did the cleaning is very knowledgeable about his fabrics and what all needed to be done to get the chairs looking like new.

Great service great technician no complaints at all; except when being asked on the electronic payment if I want to leave an extra tip for my technician. I was caught off guard and he did a great job but at a $400 price tag for the cleaning of three rooms I’m not sure if asking for an additional tip is appropriate ; rather would suggest paying them appropriately for their hard work.

I had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez and it didn't come clean the first time so they sent another technician to clean it again without charging me. The carpet came out clean the second time. Now my carpet looks brand new. Thanks Zerorez.
