I really loved how organized and responsive this company is. We aren’t even located in the state and it was so impressive how the company was run.

Our carpet is 25 years old and still in good shape. Thanks to the professional care and products used by Zerorez over these years.

First tech came and left stripes on my carpet. Second tech came out to re clean and you can still see the discolored areas. And to top it off he scraped the banister up the entire side with the hoses. This happened the day before our home inspection. This was the whole point of having the carpets cleaned and they look worse than before and now the banister is damaged. Then a manager offers to come touch up the paint. There is zero chance I am letting another person from this company in my home. Every time it gets worse. And I paid over 200 dollars for this service. I rarely complain but this ruined my home inspection.

I love that they don't use harsh chemicals and soaps. Their response time was amazing - showed up less than 2 hrs after I called. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, kind, efficient and wasn't overly pushy with additional services - simply just informative. We had a worrisome coffee stain that they were able to get right out. Saved the day!

I like that they use empowered water and no harsh chemicals.

I left a message but there are streaks on my stairs that look like someone drug something rusty down the stairs. It looks worse now than before the cleaning. So very disappointed. I have had my stairs cleaned several times before and they have never looked like this.

Carpet always looks great! Service is professional and friendly. Time is always what Z told me it would be. Techs are careful, observant, pet-friendly, and efficient. I have no complaints to submit at this time.

Service was on time, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning carpets.

You sent out the technician to re-clean and cushions that didn’t have the “black/dark lines now have them. The sofa actually looks a little cleaner with the exception of the dark areas. Your technician stated that it could’ve been his fault due to a tag fade or tools used but then filled out the last invoice for the re-clean stating there was a red stain - don’t know where that came from! I felt he did a good job but still no answers as to why my sofa looks this way. Very frustrating and truly not very happy with no return call after the tech suggested I call.

Provide a more accurate arrival time. Perhaps allow more time between calls and allow for travel time and unpredictable traffic. The service was wonderful. The Technician was very professional..
