I received a quote for upholstery cleaning shortly after your tech visited the site on 6/13.
I contacted Zerorez on 6/13 about the quote because it seems it was incorrect, which they acknowledged it was and I would receive a revised quote.
I contacted Zerorez yesterday morning 6/15 to make them aware I still had not received a revised quote. I was told i would receive one shortly - it's 6/16 and I still do not have a quote.

Stick to carpet cleaning. Seems like grout cleaning is a service that isn't ever going to make anyone happy. If you don't have a tool to clean the grout underneath cabinets, then it doesn't matter how clean the rest of the tile looks. I also sent pictures to someone who asked that I send them pictures regarding our stainless steel appliances potentially being stained by the grout cleaning liquid - never heard back. The employee that came to clean the grout also took pictures and said there would be follow up. Haven't heard anything.
We are very happy with our carpets. We have dogs and kids so there were multiple stains on our carpets and the are gone. Will definitely use them again in the future.
You always make my carpet look brand new. Your employees are the best to deal with.

Joe was very nice and polite but right now I cannot see any difference and my carpets don’t look like they were cleaned. Plus I paid more for ZeroRez than previous carpet cleaning companies. Sorry but it wasn’t worth it.
My carpets looked really clean afterwards and weren't crunchy after it dried.
Derrick, the Technician, was full of helpful information on how to further care for my 20yr. old carpets, they looked nearly new when he was finished. I had never had these carpets professionally cleaned before. They were dry by the next morning & soft, not crunchy. I am glad you don't use chemicals & the only thing I miss is a fresh scent or clean smell, but I have candles burning & room sprays to use. My carpets are clean & beautiful - thank you!

Our technician did an amazing job. He went through the entire process made sure that everything was protected while cleaning the carpet and made sure we were happy before he left.
Your tech did not remove any stains, even simple dirt.
He spent more time explaining how he would not likely be able to remove any stains than working on stains.

I liked the technician, Matt, that cleaned the carpeting. Very mannerly, and informative about the steps ot the cleaning process. He took his time cleaning, the carpet looks like new, I would recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbors. I also liked the fact the carpet was not soaked, it dried in about 6-8 hours just as Matt said.

I have Zerorez set up on a quarterly basis to clean the carpet and bathroom tile floors at our local American Legion Post. They provide a great service, on time, professional and courteous!
