It dries so quickly
Quickly scheduled, quickly done and very proffessional. Derek was great!
Tell the customer how many square feet is included in a hall or bedroom or whatever they are wanting to have cleaned, so there are no surprises when the person shows up to do the cleaning. If you are going to require the person to offer the protectant, make it a soft sell and not a hard sell. The guy who cleaned was very nice, but I felt like he was going to be chastised if he didn’t upsell me on something. That was not appreciated.
Zerorez cleaned 3 bedroom carpets in my home that are 14 years old. The transformation was amazing and the carpets look almost like new. The service was professional and took only an hour to complete all 3 bedroom carpets. The best part for me is Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals that tend to leave a sticky residue feeling on your bare feet. I would highly recommend Zerorez to my family, friends, and neighbors.

The coupon wouldn’t work
I was quoted the 3 rooms and hall for 139 when I called and scheduled. Carpet cleaner charged me 149. I thought the price seemed high but I didn't notice until I looked at my invoice. Hopefully I can talk to someone about this.
