I ordered the service online with a coupon code. Apparently, one of the areas (the stairs) did not count toward the coupon. I did not realize this and was not told this until after the whole service was complete.
The charge for the service was going to be significantly higher than what was expected (hundreds of dollars). My husband spent over a half hour trying to work out the pricing situation.
Had we known before they started, we could have made different decisions.
Also, our plush, soft carpet now feels crunchy and hard.
Marcus, the guy that cleaned our carpets and upholstery was efficient, explained everything well, did a great job and was a dog lover!
This is the the second or third time we have used zero rez. It is the second time we have had Thomas. He is very good , carpets look very good for a 20 year old carpet. My only wish would be if the fans could be used longer.

Honestly, I can’t really tell that the chair I had cleaned made any improvement. I still see oil stains from the head rest and it looks dingy like before. I loved the carpet cleaning but can’t tell a difference on the chair upholstery

The technicians were extremely friendly and thorough, explained the process from start to finish.
I initially started a booking online, which was super easy, but then I had questions so did a text chat and after getting my questions answered was going to book thru the chat but they wanted me to wait all day from 8 to 5 but online there was a 3 hour time frame window to choose from, when asked why they couldn't just give me the 3 hour window apparently they don't have the same capabilities when you call or text for an appointment, so if you want the three hour time frame of your choice then I would book online. Now, the technician that came to clean my carpet was very thorough and sweated up a storm. Carpet looked great when he was done. The carpet is 6 years old so not everything came out, but it definitely looked better and that is what I was shooting for.

Very happy with your serviceman man and the job he did - The carpets look terrific - Only suggestion I have is in your advertising - You need to stop with the extra petty undisclosed charges - You're big enough to eat the credit card fee - Be more up front with the hidden fees - Reminds a person of Southwest and Allegiant Airlines - You guys are better than that.
