Our tech was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He made the experience efficient and I appreciate how well he handled cleaning four rooms of carpet.

I had another company 'clean' my carpet. The carpet was left stiff and sticky. After 2 1/2 months, it also started smelling and I couldn't stand it anymore. So, I had Zerorez come out. They actually cleaned the carpet. It is soft and smooth. There is no stickiness and no smell. I vacuumed the next day and there was maybe a teaspoon of debris. The carpet is now very clean and I am very pleased!

My couch is stain resistant but does collect dirt and Oder. It was a steam clean and they told me it would be pre treated with an enzyme of some type to help with Oder which it wasn’t. Although my couch seems to be brighter and it still has an oder.

Overall- great experience with the technician. He was quick but wish it had taken care of the Oder.

I’m not sure that the high traffic areas received the extra attention I was hoping for. Our carpet will be two years old in August. I was hoping it would be fluffier than it is. And I did notice a spot that should have come up pretty easily. A bit disappointed this time.

I have used ZeroRez twice in the past year. They are professional and very accommodating. They make sure their work is done well before leaving. I had them come back last time to work on a spot again. They were happy to oblige.

Always a great job by a very professional expert rug cleaner. We have used them for years and will continue.

Reese was excellent, professional and hard working. He paid attention to a lot of detail and I was very pleased when he finished. He removed several unidentified stains that had been in the carpet for awhile...we have a dog and cats. He was polite and I would recommend him to anyone.

Price was a little high even with discount however the tech was able to help out with the stairs pricing as we did not have two full staircases
