I was expecting the carpets to feel fairly dry and definitely dry and residue free after a couple hours. They were extremely wet and took 24 hours and more in some areas to dry. I am hoping that my carpets are ok after this. It smelled musty and felt like residue was left when walking on it.
The carpets dried quickly and the air was fresh the night after the cleaning with no chemical smell and no worries about my family breathing in toxins.

Master bedroom is still dingy in the commonly used areas. The base boards in the tiled areas should have been wiped down post cleaning and the same on the wood of alongside of the carpet on the stairs. Keep in mind our house is only 6 years old and only my wife and I live here, and our carpet is of very high quality.

Our technician, Nathan, was wonderful. He was very considerate and courteous. We had our air ducts cleaned in the house we just moved into. It didn’t seem like they had been cleaned in years. Nathan spent a significant amount of time cleaning each vent throughout the house. I definitely would recommend Zerorez to others!
We had our dryer vent cleaned. The professionalism and courtesy of the techs who serviced the dryer vent was impressive. Because of that, we will have all our vents cleaned next.
Please with what they did (vents/returns & some duct). Pricing was straightforward. They were pleasant and professional. My house is presently very lived in. They missed cleaning up the dust and debris that fell on the floor from the returns. Maybe it’s not part of it. I felt like it should be. If you’re going to wear booties to cover your shoes you should sweep up afterwards.

We're thrilled to be Zerorez customers, we have been for years. They're always prompt, if not early, clean and very respectful - not only about our home and belongings, but to us, too. Matt was our tech last week and did a great job. We couldn't be more pleased.
The carpet cleaners are courteous, communicate well and are thorough in their work. They were careful with the furniture and walls etc.

I really want to love this experience, especially after how much it cost me. However, even after having someone come out to redo our floors, Zerorez did not meet my expectations. I have 3-4 photos of spots left behind on my floor after being cleaned twice by Zerorez. These weren't some stubborn stains either, they were simply missed entirely. I was able to clean some spots with a paper towel, but the spots on the carpet are still there. Unfortunately, these spots weren't found until after the technician left. Additionally, the second technician was not able to remove all the problem areas from our basement tile, but did remove most of them. This didn't make a lot of sense to me. If you can remove one spot, why leave others behind? I think with more effort, all of the spots could have been removed, considering they were all caused by the same source. I knew I had a big job, but that's why I hired a company to help me. Considering all the time I spent just preparing my home for Zerorez, and waiting on them to do the work those two different days, I should have just spent that time doing it myself. I would have saved a lot of money, and I would be happier with the results.
I really didn’t like the fact that the protective application was presented as part of the service. It was not made clear that it would be an extra charge. Thankfully I knew to ask, but I would’ve been very upset if not. I also didn’t think the cleaning was much different than what my Hoover carpet cleaner does. I would be fine recommending the service to someone who doesn’t want to buy their own machine with the warning about the protection application
On time. Courteous. Proposal of work to be completed with expected results. Worked constantly until satisfied with results. Totally happy with results.
