Great service, on time & cost efficient

Does the job, fast drying and good service people
I have used Zerorez a number of times and have been happy with the service. This time when I had my carpets cleaned the technician name was Joe and he was very polite and cared about the job he did. I would highly recommend Zerorez and ask for Joe.
I understand the couch was dirty, but it was left with strips in it. A clean strip and dirty strip and so on… I thought it was just wet areas while they were there but I looks like every other strip is clean. I feel like if the strip is clean the dirty strips should be able to clean as well. Maybe it was just the direction of the cleaner?
Chair and ottoman looked great.
He was friendly and considerate of our home. He did a great job and I will be a return customer in the future.

Zerorez is easy to book appointments with, always come with in window of time and do an excellent job of cleaning carpet! Technicians are always knowledgeable and extremely polite! Definitely a company that values customer satisfaction!
For the price paid I would not expect to have to call you back out for a complete redo, the I am told there is something wrong with the suction on the first van that was out, why wouldn’t this be fixed before you send a new person out to do over $700 worth of carpets and sofa and you have to inconvenience this family twice. For the price and service I am very disappointed. It was exhausting for us and our dogs!

I spent a lot of money to have all the floors and vents cleaned in my home. I spent the entire day before moving things around and prepping my house to expose most of my floors, so they could be cleaned. I was extremely disappointed in all of the floors, even after asking the tech to redo some of them. I explained all of this the next day in more detail to someone in customer service. She was very kind, and offered to have someone come back. However, considering the amount of time and effort I put I to preparing for the first visit, I was not interested in having to do all of that again. The tech was there from about 8am to 7pm. Then, as he is leaving, he tells us to stay off the carpet for 6-8 hours (or maybe it was 4-6). That was impossible for us to do considering the time of day it was. It was all extremely disappointing.
